An excellent address we discovered. It is a small intimist hostel that does not offer a map (the menu is unique. The dish changes over the weeks, which is a quality pledge. When we arrived, we had a mushroom cake, a pintade and seasonal vegetables, a pheasant with different accompaniment to it and a dessert among several (we chose a chocolate mousse and a floating island.
