I have tried (as far as) the smokehouse plate and also the gf mac and cheese with smoked truthahn all really good! the plate with perhaps an additional side seems like a good amount for 2, as well as the mac and cheese ... would recommend to anyone who likes this type of tariff. View menu

My first and second experience here were both great! Inside everyone was friendly, happy, all wearing masks and food was to die for! Ashley and Zach have done such an amazing job starting a business as such a hard time! Legacy is definitely a hit in my book! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I have tried the smokehouse platter and the gluten-free mac and cheese with smoked turkey, and both were really delicious! The platter, possibly with an additional side, is a decent portion for two people, and the mac and cheese is also quite generous. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys this kind of food.

We decided to check out this restaurant since we were nearby, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations, and we won't be coming back. The chicken was undercooked and pink, so I couldn't bring myself to eat it, and my partner's Beyond Burger made her feel ill. She called to let them know about the issue, and the woman on the phone was very pleasant and offered to refund the two items. We got takeout from them the other night and we're so happy to have found them! In these Covid times you're just so grateful to have something new and good in your life. : We had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with Main St sauce and it was all DELICIOUS. Smoky, tender, a touch of sweetness. Great crispy fries and nice dollop of creamy-tart cole slaw. We got a side of fried brussel sprouts too which were instantly addictive. Everyone inside was wearing masks and our order was ready on time, so I was in and out with my pickup very quickly. Congratulations to Legacy for opening during such a tough time, and I hope it's a lasting success.

This place has recently opened, and I've been by twice now to try their food. Overall, it's above average food. The brisket, pulled pork, and sausage are all fantastic. Their fries are also great, as are their sauces. The lil' smokies are just alright, and the chicken that we received was fairly pink inside (which was disappointing). Aside from the fries, the sides (cornbread, Mac and cheese, and beans) were a bit disappointing as well. Both times I've been in the the building, all the employees have been masked. I visited this restaurant for the first time after reading an article about it. I ordered the Forkbender and a half slab of ribs. Everything was incredibly tender and had a nice smoky flavor. The barbecue sauces were a great complement to the meats. The mac and cheese was flavorful, and the coleslaw was equally delightful. However, the beans could have really benefited from a little real maple syrup. I added some when I got home, and they turned out perfect!
