"I was in the area for the day and, while driving, I searched for nearby restaurants and chose this one based on the reviews. When I walked in, there were two young girls at the counter who were friendly enough—until I pointed out that there was a fly in the display case. I had my eye on the cupcakes, but seeing a fly sitting on most of them was a real turn-off. I notified the staff, but one of the girls had a bit of an attitude about it. Ultimately, I opted for the ice cream instead, which was covered, so I felt safer with that choice. I really hope no one got sick from those cupcakes; they didn’t look very appealing, especially with the fly issue. In short, I think the staff needs to pay more attention and maybe keep the door closed!"

"The location is excellent, and the customer service is decent. The food is fresh, but there are a few downsides: there’s no Wi-Fi and they don’t serve still water in glass bottles. They also use plastic straws and cups. It's just a few miles from the Turtle Hospital, so it's convenient for lunch, but it wasn't my favorite spot."

"The service was outstanding! Angela shared her passion for the Keys with us and assisted us in finding a local store to grab some supplies. The food was delicious—we had the Conch Chowder, which reminded us of a red clam and vegetable soup. We also enjoyed the Starkey's Oysters, which were quite cheesy!"

"we had a decent meal, eating was properly cooked, but we expected the portions to be somewhat larger. my wife and I shared a escape who had asked the server if the meal was great enough to share us. was less than what we expected for the price. we have also not informed ourselves that one of the items we should receive on our escape has failed, which we would have known before, we would not have ordered that"
