"It's been a long time since we heard of this restaurant by loyal customers and finally on the day I arrived for us! Zen and soothing decoration, warm welcome, everything is done to feel good. There is no menu, the dishes are on the menu. the server gives all the explanations and details of the dishes that have a French accent with an Asian touch. I let myself try with a Thai salad, soy shoots, carrots, peanuts wasabi., served with different doughnuts, all very well presented and copied. My husband chooses a tartar from the sea and is enchanted! for the dish I was tempted by a duck magret (inner) served with a kumquat sauce, crunchy green beans, sweet potato purée and potato. for my husband it was a roast camembert in which slices of ham serrano, accompanied by potatoes in the oven and a large green salad with tomatoes and radishes. There again we had trouble finishing so much it's a copious! Finally for dessert (and despite a hunger more than satisfied) I still took a tatin with apple and mango, and my husband from the little rum bass with raspberries and whipped! service is fast, professional and pleasant. the original, fresh and elegant kitchen. The chef doesn't hesitate to get out of his kitchen to find out if everything's okay. For a couple, and having taken in, dish, dessert, aperitif and coffee, you must count in the 40 euros per person, which is quite correct, given the quality. I'm sorry that one thing is that I didn't go there before! frankly, it's worth going to get lost between tulette and vinobres in the small village of saint maurice on eygues!"
