Little Caesars Pizza

It was as it should be. My pizza was fresh at the time I was quoted.

It took over an hour to receive pizzas that are supposed to be hot and ready.

Over an hour wait for hot and ready on a Friday night. Has gone very down hill in past year.

The service has become unbearably slow. No organization. Inefficient. It's definitely not an issue of higher demand: the portal is empty and pizzas don't go out the door. Wait times are over an hour.

Takes forever and even another forever to get in and out of here. Hot and ready is just a slogan here, and the people who work here don't take themselves seriously, and they don't take anything seriously. It's super cute when you've been waiting 30 mins.

There are many other options for pizza in the area that are much better than this cardboard pizza. The place is either packed and there's nowhere to even stand and wait. The food is typical for a Little Caesers but the atmosphere is less than pleasant. I suggest that if you choose LC, order ahead so it's ready when you get there.Parking: There's never not somewhere to park.

During my last two visits, I encountered an hour-long wait both times. The young man who was supposedly managing the place seemed more focused on voicing complaints about being understaffed than on assisting customers. His negative attitude about the long wait dissuaded many patrons, with at least half opting to leave and find another restaurant. He also made his team visibly uneasy about the situation, which resulted in a lack of productivity. I noticed three orders sitting on the back counter, untouched, until a customer's phone alert finally brought them to his attention.
