A great menu and from what we sampled everything was wonderful, however we didn't make it to the entees as we filled up on the satays, appetizers and salads. Favors were outstanding. The squid satay was the BEST, don't miss it.

The salads are beyond words; they are fantastic, and my personal favorite is the duck salad. I've also tried the grilled squid appetizer, and it was delicious. Everything on the menu is tasty, so you really can't go wrong—this restaurant prepares every dish beautifully. View menu

As a connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed with this restaurant! We ordered around 10 dishes to share, and each one was deliciously prepared. However, I wasn't particularly fond of the pho dac biet. The broth was just average, and they used a different type of beef than the typical rare cuts that I usually enjoy.

We attempted to dine in, but unfortunately, there were no high chairs available for our twin 15-month-old sons. Only booster seats were offered, which wouldn't have been suitable for us. So, we decided to order takeout instead. As always, the food was fantastic—made with fresh ingredients and prepared deliciously. It's a pity we couldn't enjoy our meal there.

Great atmosphere and service. Plus food is yummy.. Came and was promptly seated luckily before lunch rush came in. We were quite disappointed with this restaurant. The food was decent, but it didn't meet the quality we're used to from a Vietnamese restaurant. Furthermore, one of our main courses arrived along with the appetizer, and the waiter simply placed it on the table, suggesting we cover it until the other two dishes came. That was odd! We're just visiting Seattle, but even if we lived here, we wouldn't consider coming back.

Best Recommendation of Our Trip!. Nothing truly tops the combination of delicious menu options, late-night hours, charming atmospheric decor, hotel walking distance, and welcoming staff. After several failed attempts to locate a late-night coffee shop, a pair of Floridans approached their Moore Hotel receptionist and were referred to the Long Provincial Vietnamese Restaurant literally a street away from the hotel.
