"I ordered pernil with white rice and beans, as well as chicharrón de pollo with white rice and beans. However, I didn't receive my pernil and rice. The delivery guy called Maria, and she responded with an attitude, insisting I never ordered it. I am so frustrated that I will never order from there again! There wasn’t even an apology! My pregnant wife has cravings, and I prioritized her food, so this is just unbelievable. Never again! EL Dorado would never do this!"

One of my favorite places to eat in the neighborhood! The prices are great and the food is delicious—definitely my go-to spot. However, I wasn't a fan of the burger; it seemed like they put a frozen patty on the grill because the outside was burnt while the inside was still raw. Overall, I still give it a 10/10!

I can't say enough about this restaurant! I've hosted four events here: a birthday party, a gender reveal, a baby shower, and my children's baptism. The service is exceptional, which is why I keep coming back to celebrate my family’s special moments. The food is incredible, and the customer service and attention to detail are truly impressive.
