"we were looking for a square and first dinner and seeing the place so well reviewed we decide to book. being a pizzeria restaurant, we assume that pizzas do it... and instead not. we come to know (because the chef explained it on the phone to others who booked) that pizzas in August do not. They could get it straight with us, too, but it's okay. we decide to make a dinner full of appetizer first and second. We couldn't make any more wrong choice. we arrive at 20:15 and for the first 15 mins do not consider us if not that accompany us to the table, we order at 8:30 and until 22 we manage to eat (so to say) the 4 appetizers we had ordered, also arrived after a 40 minutes. non-excellent appetizers and really minuiiti. a dozen queues of prawn in tempura and a fifteen large fish balls like scales the quail egg in comparison and big to understand) from the cost of 32€!! I ask the waiter if at least the portions of the first are more generous and he replies that they are abundant. What quite opposite, the two spaghetti with clams with 3 forks were finished and the pads with swordfish that had little of a sword. before the first ones arrived, we ask how much is missing since it had been over an hour and the waiter kept saying that they are owing. so endless waiting times not even justified because we were 5 tables that make you pass the appetite, what then happened because while we keep waiting for a huge cockroach from behind my chair climbing on the wall. other customers are also alibited. at that point we ask that we no longer be served the second that among other things was not minimally prepared so we should have waited for another half an hour) at the end for 4 starters 5 first two bottles of water and one of wine make us pay 135€ waiting times really exhausting and prices too exaggerated! not recommended"

"much more than a simple restaurant, much more than a simple dinner. an experience to live and enjoy. The highest level, the study so much and the masterful realization. a trip first in the history of the location (magnifica) and then in the goto. attentive, courteous, professional staff: each dish told, illustrated and narrated so well as to convey passion and love. Only the welcome degotation deserves so many words: breads of different types made in the house and served hot and many amazing saucers (from the liquid balls to the tartare and small vegetable courses). The formulas are different, the prices might seem high but, once tasted first course, it seems even little for what you are tasting. Full formula: sea menu (9 courses/85 land (8 courses/75 or vegetarian (6 courses/60 all with dessert). Formula 3 courses: freely selectable from 3 men to 55.Formula 2 courses: 40.We opted for the lighter formula which left us very full. The dishes are practical, impossible to describe with simple words: Yellow pumpkin dumplings on caciocavallo fondue, hemp pesto and datterini. Burrata soup with raw peppers and datterini confit.Gnoccheti di hemp grillti con pears burrata cacio e pepper, pesto alla hemp (surprising)Melanzana bbq: an amazing and unforgettable surprise. Perfect pain to close this trip: sabl tart with fresh berries, salted caramel cream and a ball with lime and green apple. Absolutely to try, you won't regret it. note of merit for having an entire vegetarian menu, why we chose it."

"From Ambrosia you will certainly find a wide choice of craft beers, plugs or bottles, but do not forget their delicious and vast pucce. We have already returned twice from the freshness of their ingredients, to try everything! We took the first time three pucce including one with the baked chicken, of which the fry was not heavy and a spicy, with the capocollo of Martina franca, really great and with quality ingredients. Potato chips served hot and removable. Embellished by their products we chose the next evening, to return and try more. Tagliere of meats and cheeses very fresh and faithful to the tradition of Salento, also the mix of fritti has delighted us. Staff available and friendly."

"we stayed in this place to get the good burgers and drink a good beer outdoors. very friendly, kind and prepared staff (garancis risto time racale), then we moved to drink something on the sofas (garanzia ciccio), and finally a not really discounted note. .without saying anything the owner sees our child sleep and moves to turn off the money in the immediate vicinity and when to the meters, at the time of orders, customers known without mask, approaches to remember the safety norms to hold. This made us come back and speak well of a new reality."
