The best jerky I’ve ever had. I’ve tried hot, ghost, reaper, and habanero. Never had anything but jerky here but the menu looks awesome and it smells like heaven.

The restaurant has a large sign that says "Big Daddy," which can be a bit confusing since it's not labeled as "Jerky King." However, I tried the jambalaya and it was fantastic and reasonably priced. Food: 5/5.

Wow, this place was incredible! My family and I stopped by for lunch yesterday, and I have to say, everything was delicious. My fried ribs and fries were fantastic, my husband loved his tacos, my son enjoyed his shrimp po'boy with fries, and my daughter also had shrimp and fries, which were all amazing. We’ll definitely stop again the next time we're back in Mississippi. Much love! View menu

On the positive side, the po' boys were loaded with shrimp! The French fries were seasoned, but they were a bit too spicy for my taste, although I still managed to enjoy a few. Unfortunately, our order of hush puppies contained only three pieces, and one of them was cold in the middle. Overall, the experience was just okay. We likely won’t return since nothing particularly stood out to us.

Customer service is lacking which is strange since the owner is usually the one you interact with. In the past I've had the fish tacos and they were delicious. Also I've had them several times for breakfast. I'm not a fan of the grits they don't seem to be cooked correctly or maybe it's the kind that I'm not familiar with; the pancakes are a nice size and they're pretty good and the fried fish is of course always good.

Walking into this restaurant swept me with a sense of nostalgia I couldn't quite place. It was like being at home and on vacation at the same time. I knew right away I'd be very satisfied with my experience here, and that rang true. Portions are a good size and flavor is great. You can tell the cooks at Martin's put effort into the small details that bring the whole dish together. I plan to return and bring a new friend each time! View menu
