"Food is amazing but that chicken is yummy. River and Max were very professional working for our BBQ Drive-Thru Chicken fundraiser, for Blossom in NY INC. They made everything go smoothly. They were prompt, set up quicky, also very knowledgeable in their craft. I would recommended anyone that is looking for catered or BBQ fundraiser to call BW's and request Max and River. "You can't go to Buffalo (or, more accurately, Hamburg) without trying Texas Red Hots. Louis's is fantastic, and they have several locations in the area that are definitely worth checking out. While their prices aren't as low as they used to be, it's still a much better choice than a fast food burger and cold fries! Plus, if you buy five hot dogs, you get the sixth one free!"

"If you are attending a charity event at this restaurant and plan on bowling, be aware that they may not let you finish your game if it runs slightly past the event end time. The lanes were shut off right at the end of the event, without allowing us to complete our final game. There was no league waiting to play after the event, so it was disappointing that we were not allowed to finish. Improvement is needed."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."
