"I'm not really sure what the hype is surrounding this place. I have eaten here several times in the past year, and my experience has always been the same:1. The menu is very expensive. You pay $10 for four mediocre size strips of French Toast (for instance . It also has obvious pricing errors that have been ignored for years.2. The service is lacking. When I pointed out said-pricing errors on the menus, our server didn't care. She did an okay job. The one we had before did a poor job and acted like she didn't want us there (we were there for lunch .3. The food quality is okay. It's not great. It certainly does not match the prices. I will say that their french onion soup is good.4. The place feels nostalgic (as far as being in a diner-like building , but that is about all it has going for it.Overall, it seems like a place that people go, because they have always gone there, and the owners have learned to ride the hype-train, instead of producing any sort of improving quality from the staff or food."

The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I loved it and will definitely be returning!

Your standard diner with a very broad menu. French Toast is delicious and certainly one of my favorites.

We eat there almost once a week now. Haven't had anything that I could say was bad. LOVE the French dip, open faced roast beef, huge salads, breakfasts are plentiful! A place you can't go wrong!

The breakfast was really good, and the portions were generous. Overall, I had a great experience. The waiter was attentive, frequently checking in and refilling our coffee to ensure we had everything we needed. View menu

I love these diners, and this one was no exception. Food was great, service was excellent, but I do regret not getting dessert.Ample space in the parking lot.Entrance/exit can get a little clogged since that's where the register and small waiting area is, but lots of other places have that issue too.

The food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. On several occasions, I've noticed a clear difference in how the waitstaff interact with lighter-skinned customers compared to those with darker skin or different accents. There was one instance where I witnessed a waitress prioritize a white couple for seating, even though an older Black couple had been waiting ahead of them.

"Every Wednesday and Thursday there is a great deal at the bar their burger, fries, and a beer for 20 dollars, so obviously I had to go. A steal! FYI only one beer is served for the deal. It 's Hank from Olde Mother Brewing Co. which was a 16oz light lager. All three of us loved the burger which was huge: two patties, thick cut bacon, pickles, onions, cheddar cheese, and a burger sauce, yum yum yum! The fries have old bay seasoning, and ya know... Maryland, amiright? They were served with ketchup and the burger sauce. The two people who came with me didn 't care for the beer, but that 's only because they aren 't beer people. I slurped mine up (and my partner 's and thought it was perfect with the burger. We also ordered new seasonal dessert items, which were pecan pie with maple ice cream and pumpkin cheesecake with grape sorbet. We couldn 't resist! The bartender and a waitress were raving about the pecan pie, and yes, it was really delicious. I loved the maple ice cream. I had the pumpkin cheesecake which was so soft and delicate. I 'm not a huge Concord grape fan but I ate all of the sorbet like a dehydrated person who was stranded on an island. It was very refreshing and cut through the fattiness of the cheesecake perfectly. The waiter was very nice and attentive! The bar was very clean and poppin ' and had people either taking advantage of the burger deal or eating other things from the menu. It did get loud at some points, which is expected because it was the bar, however(! there were no obnoxious drunk people killing the vibe. PS: I unfortunately didn 't take any photos this time. Sorry!"
