I ordered a half eggplant sandwich, but all I could taste was burnt bread and eggplant. It was inedible, so I had to throw it away. When I called to let them know, all I received was an apology.

The sandwich was overly dressed to the point that, when I unwrapped it, the bread was falling apart. This happened within 15 minutes of ordering, so it wasn't sitting around for hours. It was completely inedible. My wife's chicken salad was also very dry. View menu

There are plenty of types of grinders that I don't see at other places. I like them with all the extras including hot sauce, and they are usually a little bigger than I needed to eat. Besides the sandwiches, try the salads or the items under the counter. For a single guy who hates to cook, this is a good way to go.

This is where I come for a good, quick, sandwich. I get the same thing every time, a full prime roast beef and provolone with everything except hot sauce (of which I have another kind at home I prefer) and olives (which I despise). I also get oil and lots of vinegar on it too. Every time they make it, it's positively stuffed with ingredients--they don't skimp here. the large is so large, I always get two meals out of it.I have no idea how that national sub sandwich chain even survives in places where a Nardelli's is located, because it's a whole universe better in terms of taste.

The sandwich is fine, but the service was not. I 've been ordering the same sub since I was 10, and when I went to the car and saw it didn 't have onions I figured it 's no big deal to go ask them to add them on. A different person than I even ordered from said she could put them in a cup for me and I said sure. Then obviously needing to have the final say for some reason she says but no you didn 't order them. I mean, I did. But I just said okay, because is it even really that big a deal if I did forget? Would it have been extra for the $20 sub to have lettuce AND onion at the same time? Attitude in this situation wasn 't really required, and I definitely won 't be coming back when there ar...
