"I found the ordering process very simple and efficient, although I had to cancel my previous order, it was easy. I ordered several dishes and found them incredibly tasteful, especially the shrimps Mei Fun and spring rolls. I'm originally from a city with excellent Chinese food, so I don't expect perfection here, but I was thrilled. With that said, it seems that some of the bad reviews here are from my people or people who had a bad day. I don't want to cook for the public and feel for every restaurant today. If my order is most of the time, I'm happy. I am human and understand that things are not always perfect in life and work. But this is good food and as someone who cooked a lot, I guess someone else do it for me today, and so much delicious food. Do not let the middle reviews scare you."

This restaurant continues, after 17 years, to serve some of the best tasting Chinese food that everyone in my family agrees is excellent, always cooked perfectly, never over/ undercooked. Since the kitchen is visually unobstructed from customers' view anyone can watch food prep while drooling until it's on your plate!!
