"Good varieties of foods served incl rice/noodle/meat/sea foods with caveats that there are hit-and-miss.This was my team’s go-to lunch delievery place in the past from one of my previous employer so kinda nostalgic spot for me. It was only delivery then so I made some visits many years after I changed my job. And now I have very ambivalent feeling about this place. One of Lo Mein like dish was below mediocre cause the noodle’s texture was as if it was left in water for too long time. And whatever random pork dish I tried came out with medium temperature, and such temperature is really not a good fit with fatty meats like pork, so it was very unpleasant.I generally liked their soup noodle dish though. Laksa was very unique taste experience with sweet/fishy/sour/spicy taste all combined and well balanced in one dish while clear noodle had great texture. Prawn Mee is spicy soup noodle with seafoods in it so I enjoyed it pretty good too. Do note that both dishes have quite distinct fishy smell so you wanna avoid it if you can’t deal with it.I love Roti Canai cause it has both of great crispy and chewy texture across its parts and it’s so deliciously well with curry sauce.Unfortunately I’m really not sure if I’d be actively planning to revisit this place in the future. Might revisit if I’m passing by and hungry.Prawn Mee가 한국인 입장에선 짬뽕의 하위호환 버전이라서 먹어볼만은 하지만 그렇다고 굳이 또 꼭 막 먹어봐야만 하는 메뉴이다 라고 할만한 정도는 아닙니다. 전체적으로 음식들의 수준이 좀 들쭉날쭉인 편이라 레스토랑 자체에 대해서도 큰 추천은 못하겠습니다. 개인적인 추억땜시 별 네개 밑으로는 못 박겠습니다만.."

Hainan chicken was good but the portion size of the chicken was not as large considered the price.

3. Chicken Broth Rice (Meatless) is great! However, 2. Hainanese Chicken 1/2 is not authentic, especially the sauce. The meat is just ok and very plain. View menu

I've been here a bunch of times, they're serving up some legit grub. If you're wondering what to try, go for the roti canai, the bean curd in casserole, and Hainanese Chicken.Food: 5/5

The food was good. Like really enjoyed the roti, beef dish, skewer kebabs, and shrimp. The fried rice and noodles were not all that good in my opinion. The service was good. I will definitely return.

Being Singaporean I am very particular about local cuisine . It would have been even more traditional if they had bulbs of garlic in bat kut teh used pork ribs; sambal Kang Kong is good but shame it isn't spicy at all. But I have to say these three dishes does hit the spot and does satisfy the cravings ! Will be back! View menu

NyonyaThis place is a hidden gem. Warning though that the place only takes cash. I mostly come here with my friends since the dishes are so shareable. The original Roti is the king of all roti. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with the side of curry for dipping (perfect combo) the curry has a kick so precaution for people that can’t take spice. The imitation duck skin is so good and savory that I forgot it wasn’t really duck skin. All the dishes was superb and huge, such great value.

Our group of 4 went here for Sunday out. We arrived at 5PM and the restaurant still had many seats available. This restaurant serves Nyonya cuisine, a Chinese-Malaysia cuisine. We ordered Roti Canai, Satay Chicken, Beef Rendan, Spicy Chicken with rice, and Bak Ku Teh. The food was amazing.Roti Canai: the bread was very crispy outside and soft inside. It went perfectly with the tasty curry. We also ate the bread with other dishes, like the Beef Rendang.Nyonya Satay Chicken: the chicken was very tender and flavorful. The star of the dish was the peanut sauce.Beef Rendang: the beef was slow-cooked with coconut milk so it was tender like melting in your mouth. We recommend eating this with rice...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
