The food was great and the service was great, until it wasn't. When we got home with our leftovers from dinner I found a tapeworm in my exra fish fillet. I've been a fisherman for years and recognized it immediately. Normally we pull worms out of the fish and flash freeze the raw fish to ensure that any missed parasites are dead, but finding one in a fish fillet shows me that nobody bothered to clean the fish well enough.

This restuarant understood the assignment, hands down! The service was great from the time we arrived, all the way to the end. The food was great, drinks were refreshing, and our server whom I wish I would have gotten her name, was phenomenal. Not only did I love her blue hairstyle, the group I was with valued her professionalism, knowledge of the menu, and speed of service. The next time I visit Georgia I will be sure to visit for another great meal and exceptional service! Thank you.

I ordered the Whiting Fish Basket, which comes with fries. However, you'll need to order hushpuppies separately if you want them, and I did – they were delicious! I received a generous portion of whiting fish fillet, but unfortunately, my fries were stuck to the bottom of the box because the fish was placed on top of them. Although some of the fries were a bit stuck, they were long, fresh, hot, and tasty. I give the meal 4 stars because of the issue with the fries. Nevertheless, I'm really glad I chose to dine here. The person behind the counter was friendly and polite while taking my order. Since it was my first time visiting, I plan to return the next time I am in Alabama. If you love whit...

I decided to order something different from the others, expecting my dish to be similar to what I had during my previous visit. I ordered a pound of snow crab legs, anticipating the usual sides of eggs, potatoes, shrimp, and corn. To my surprise, I only received two small potatoes, two corn on the cob, and two snow crab legs. I had expected the eggs and other sides to come with my meal, but they did not arrive this time. Perhaps I should have asked for additional items, as I didn't have to do that on my last visit. The lemon pepper wings had a bit too much lemon seasoning, though they were still somewhat tolerable. Unfortunately, the fries served with the wings were cold and almost stale. A...

"Limited menu, efficient service (what else would you expect? . A military town without a German restaurant is a lot like a military town without strip clubs and pawn shops; neither exists. So I think it is obvious that going TDY to Fort Stewart for 10 days meant that we'd find a German place to go eat at so I could listen to every single person's memories about when they were stationed somewhere in Deutschland 20 years ago. But this place certainly had a German feel to it. It was even staffed by German's who were efficient in their services to our rowdy table of 6. The lunch menu was limited with basically wursts or schnitzels with a combination of different toppings. That was it, nothing else. Now I'm not saying that German food is particularly exciting, but surely real German's eat more than just pork 3 meals a day. I would make a comment about how a menu like that limits a particular ethnic/religious group from eating here, but that wouldn't be nice of me. ANYWAY! So I decided that I've had enough breaded pork up north in Indiana for the month, so I went with the curry wurst. A small salad with cold green beans came out and was good enough and had the slight vinegary taste to it, but nothing overpowering. Next came out my currywurst with obligatory french fries. But then again, everybody's plate seemingly came with french fries. Do German's really like French fries this much? It would've been better if they were fresh cut potato fries, but alas, at such a cheap lunch (around $8 a plate I will accept them. The currywurst was actually very good because the sausage themselves were tender and needed minimal effort to cut with a fork. The curry sauce overtop of them had a sweetness that mellowed out the pungent curry aftertaste. This is one of the few times I've had curry where I wasn't drinking a gallon of water in the next few hours. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals too and we enjoyed our service. This place looks like it gets lively at night and I think that it deserves a moment of your day to come and visit it. Gutten essen."
