"This is exactly the kind of café I've been searching for. With its charming little tables, excellent indoor and outdoor seating options, an all-day menu filled with delicious food, and amazing coffee, it's hard not to love it. I visited today with a couple of friends after a walk in Wash Park. I wanted to check out their fenced-in patio but didn’t realize it was located in the back where dogs aren’t allowed. No worries, though; the sidewalk tables were lovely as well! We ordered from the to-go window, and I was initially taken aback by the price of my sandwich ($19 for the turkey), but when I received it, I was pleasantly surprised by its generous size and the ample side that came with it. I definitely couldn't finish it all. The fig jam paired with the turkey and goat cheese was a delightful combination—delicious! I also had a coffee with cream, which was brewed to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions, and they even brought a cup of water for my dog!"

A cafe that stops serving breakfast at 11?That has to be a joke. The food is amazing but I'm not looking for a coffee and Lemon Tuna sandwich before noon...

Food is delicious and the staff is great! I've had many conversations while getting coffee. They have the patio which is super nice, but I usually stick to the tables out on the street to hang out with the puppy while I wait or eat. I recommend you give it a try. View menu

The food is SO FRESH and delicious. I mean really delicious. The chefs create authentic combinations and all sauces are homemade. A little pricey, but sooo worth it for a small business that creates such amazing food. We also must consider the rent is quite high in this area, so I think they have fair prices.

My favorite spot to visit after a sauna session is this charming little coffee shop. It never fails to satisfy my cravings. They provide two options for non-dairy milk—oat and almond—for their espresso drinks. Although the indoor space is somewhat limited, you can take a stroll through the kitchen to access the back patio if you want to unwind for a while.

I tried the wild rice soup and the Dan Dan rice and beans, both of which had enjoyable textures and robust flavors. The latte art was stunning and truly made my day. The restaurant also offers complimentary Wi-Fi and street-side parking is accessible. They have a separate entrance for take-out coffee and drinks, located just a couple of doors down from the main dining area. I highly recommend this local gem in Denver! View menu

I recently tried one of the grab-and-go sandwiches from the deli case at Natural Grocers. While it wasn’t terrible, I expected much more for a sandwich priced over $8. They do an impressive job of folding the turkey to make it appear generous, but one bite in and it feels sparse. There was hardly any goat cheese or spread—just a large piece of bread and a single slice of turkey. That’ll cost you $8.19. It felt like wrapping a bunch of $1 bills in a $100 bill. I won’t be purchasing one of those again.

I really want to like Overt. However, their hours as a coffee shop are a bit odd. Most people are either at work or on the go by the time Overt opens, which is a downside. The biggest issue for me, though, is the service. Every time I stop by for a coffee, I can't shake the feeling that I'm a bother. The baristas hardly say anything except to confirm my order—not even a simple hello or good morning. I'm not looking for a lengthy chat, just a friendly greeting would suffice. I live just a few houses away from Overt, so it would be nice to enjoy a quick coffee or snack there, but I find myself happier making the short walk to Wash Perk instead.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"

"In a relatively unassuming location north of City Park lies a cute conglomerate of businesses, one of which being Rivers Roads. On nice days, it 's exceptionally setup for indoor/outdoor space. But even on cold days, it 's nice to cozy up with a cup of coffee and soak in the sun flooding the space through the south-facing glass garage doors. The coffee is great! I got my usual cortado, which was served in a small paper cup and featured no latte art , which was unfortunate. But that 's where the disappointment ended, as the flavors were excellent and it was well-balanced between milk and espresso. The space itself is quite spacious even inside, with plenty of plants and unique lighting fixtures. There 's ample cafe-style seating. It 's a great place to stay and work awhile or meet friends for conversations. Music isn 't overpowering, and WiFi is half decent. Not exceptional speeds but 25 up/down is adequate for many basic things. Plenty for me to finish the series finale of See in 4K while sipping my cortado! The staff are always pleasant and I would say more attentive than average, making you feel welcomed immediately. It 's not exactly in my neighborhood, but it 's still a regular spot for me. Seasonal drinks are good and most syrups are made in-house. Food is great. Outdoor patio is spacious and dog-friendly. There 's simply not many downsides, if any. Aside from there not being an actual river."
