"Picked up a stuffed crust. I thought it was a stuffed crust not more of a Chicago style which was my fault. They explained when I arrived. Baked with instructions and turned into a gigantic bubble. It was not edible. I was told someone would contact me. It has been two weeks. I even sent a picture. Business must be booming to not reach out to Guests."

It's always a delight to go here. Fast friendly. And pizzas are awesome. If you haven't tried the Thai chicken pizza please do. It's my favorite.

I am truly disappointed to see that your establishment allowed employees to hang nooses as Halloween decorations on October 31, 2021. We are big fans of Papa Murphy's pizza, especially their loaded toppings. However, we were disappointed to find that their S'mores pizza has changed. Instead of the traditional pizza crust, they now use cookie dough, and there are only six marshmallows for the whole pan. We miss the old version much more!

The pizza is consistently excellent. However, I've recently encountered an issue where no one is answering the phone. There are three employees present, and yet there isn't a single customer in the restaurant, but I've been on hold for over 20 minutes without anyone picking up to take my order. This shows a significant lack of customer service.
