"Was asked repeatedly Why you come so late? Why do you accept orders at that time? Why did you seat a table at the exact time you said that to me? Why not just deny orders at a certain time? I placed an order at 8 and picked it up after 9:20 while they close at 10. Is a pickup order at that time enough to ask me that 3 times while you simultaneously sat another table as I arrived to pickup a takeout order? They didn 't get any flack. I 'm getting my food takeout, I know I will have to reheat it, I 'm not concerned about that because I 'm picking it up later before you officially close and still seat people. Horrible customer service Aug 17 9pm young male, glasses, black shirt. Said nicely I 'm sorry I won 't come back."

My favorite pho spot in the north end. Chicken pho with extra fried shallots is my go-to. View menu

Good Vietnamese food, I'll be back! Chicken salad, fresh spring rolls, yummy Nước Chấm! This food makes me happy without the fast food hangover.

This was my third visit, but personally, the soup was too salty and the noodles were too spread, so I couldn't feel the texture at all. I really like rice noodles, but I was disappointed.

I got the bun bo hue. By far the best bun bo hue I’ve had up north of Seattle. The fried chicken was also very good. My partner got a different noodle couple which was okay. Overall experience was great. View menu

I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and it hasn't changed a bit, thank goodness! Phở Sate, lemongrass beef curry and rice, and their fresh spring rolls...a meal for two with leftovers. so flavorful!

Paid for 2 orders of the spring rolls on a to go order with my chicken pho and ban mi.... only to realize I paid for 2 orders of spring rolls but only received one order in my bag. I realized this only after making it to my home in seattle.. food is great, but I don't like not receiving what I paid for.. checking items before knotting up the bag is not rocket science..... if I could take back the generous tipI left the waiter on the to go order i placed in person i would. Will never tip on a to go order again.

"I’ve ordered pizza here about 3 times. That’s 3 times too many. After the first time, I thought I’d give them another chance. About a year or so later, I thought to myself, okay, one last chance. But they’ve never lived up to even the least of my expectations. The pizza is okay, but not worth the prices they charge; I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars, but the service….. if negative stars were available, I’d give it 5. And whoever the older, heavier, bald, gray bearded man is, well, I suggest he just retire or find a different day job that isn’t associated with customers. First, they don’t greet customers when one walks in the door. Not even a smile. Next, when they rang up my take out order and I placed my credit card into the machine, he pressed the button for the next screen and TOLD me, “Add a tip.” Most places let you know that IF YOU WISH to add a tip, that’s the place to do it. And then when his machine stalled, he exasperatedly rolled his eyes, huffed and then told me he was going to have to start all over, as if it were my fault his machine was acting up. And once again TOLD me to add a tip. I thanked him for the pizza… and he didn’t even acknowledge it. He didn’t thank me for my business, for coming in, for not cr*pping the floor. Nothing. In hindsight, this is the tip I would’ve given him (with a smile, of course): Do the world a favor Pull your lower lip over your head and swallow. And have a nice day! To pizza lovers in Everett: Save yourself the disappointment. Brooklyn Bros Pizza is much, much better! Major League Pizza doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money."
