"Neddy, is very attentive of her restaurant and customers. It's a family owned business and I have seen all hands on deck myself. Her Husband and Older Son cook while her other children help out as well. Neddy herself loves to talk about her baked goods, which she is very proud of. If you like muffins, she's got muffins (flavors keep growing literally). The food is very delicious and I have no complaints whatsoever. The family is from Jalisco and Puebla. Really nice family and we did enjoy our time there. Thank you so much for being attentive of us. The atmosphere is very authentic to Mexico."

"We had brunch at The Black Cow on Labor Day and don't know if we're going back. It's a shame because the food and drinks are excellent. We had to wait an hour to finally get seated. This long wait always happens. The service was poor and the waiters waitresses were all rushing around to serve people. They were also very noisy. Just watching them stressed us out. Our waitress hurriedly took our order and forgot to bring water to my Son after he asked five times. He had to ask twice for his side order of sausage and for coffee refills. He never got the side order of salsa he asked for. I asked for a refill of soda water and she brought me water. She clearly wasn't doing her job. We spent almost a $100 there and it wasn't a good experience. It seems like the restaurant could benefit with some reorganization and training. Good food is one thing but you won't find good service at The Black Cow."

"Ordered a Chili Colorado Tostada, but all I got was a pile of lettuce and 2-3 small bites of meat on the outside of the tostada to make it look like it had meat on it. I felt like the Wendy 's Ladies saying where 's the beef from the old commercials. Service and drinks were ok, but food was disappointing."

"Place is ok for burgers. not really a dedicated burger joint tho. Walked in expecting a good old fashioned burger but as soon as I walked in it was another randomized menu with mainly Chinese, Mexican and 3 burger styles... burgers weren't all that good and the fries are so frozen I could still taste the frost as I ate them... Really cheap quality food and the inside is just ugly. Looks like an old Chinese owned coffee shop TBH. "The food was delicious, as always. We opted to sit indoors because the weather was cold and drizzly, but they kept the door open, which didn’t help with the chill. Our food took a long time to arrive, and I’m not sure if it was due to a staffing issue or a large party we couldn't see. We enjoyed our sangria and appetizer while we waited, but the entrees took over 45 minutes to come out. We will definitely return, as it might have just been an off night."
