""Another update: this place is fantastic! The Guinness meatloaf exceeded my expectations. Tuesdays here are lively and fun. I really appreciate the excellent service. After my recent visit, I’ve decided to bump my review up to 4 stars. I enjoyed some delicious crab cake sliders, the salmon BBQ entrée, and an incredible cheesecake for dessert. Everything was well-prepared, and the service was top-notch again. Plus, I got to enjoy some live music on Thursday night. Based on just one dining experience, I would have rated The Village Pub as just okay, mainly due to the food preparation. However, the service was solid, the atmosphere was energetic, and the drink selection was ample. The menu features great classic dishes alongside some enticing creative options. I have a feeling that when the kitchen is at its best, the results are impressive. I tried the chicken pot pie, and the crust was truly fantastic! The filling ingredients were perfect for my taste, but the vegetables could have been cooked a bit more. If they can fix that and add some seasoning, I would likely rate them four or even five stars. I’m looking forward to returning for an even better dining experience.""

"This was our first time ordering from this restaurant through Doordash, and the service was excellent! We ordered Shrimp Scampi and a Meatball sandwich. I have a gluten intolerance, so I requested gluten-free penne and pesto sauce, which was also gluten-free. The food was incredibly delicious. My husband even remarked that it didn't taste gluten-free, which was high praise. The Meatball Parm sandwich was also very tasty. We're so glad we found this place and will definitely be ordering from here again!"

"We decided to try out this fantastic new spot for lunch and were very pleased with our experience. The nachos with chicken and shrimp were delicious and generously portioned. We both ordered the salmon entrée, which was just as tasty. We chose mocktails for our drinks - my friend got a fruity fizz and I tried the blueberry quencher, which was the only thing I didn't care for. However, the fruity fizz was much better on my second try. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back! Overall, the food was delicious and satisfying. Dine-in service for lunch cost between $20-30 per person. Highly recommend trying the tuna tartar. Plenty of parking available. Service: 5 Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5."

"Honestly had 2 amazing cheesesteaks from here. Quick carryout service, servers were super friendly and great. We ordered: one cherry bomb cheesesteak with American cheese, fried onions and Mayo one garlic bread cheesesteak, salt n pepper, Mayo, American cheese and fried onions hush puppies (mediocre, but tasty) French fries Will be back again, would reccomend to a friend Edit 1/6/7 been back twice, have gotten another cheesesteak along with a intaliam chicken cutlet with extra veggies, 100% slamming sandwiches"

"The best authentic Mexican restaurant in Gloucester County. South of Rt 42 safe! WOW. First, the menu may seem expensive, but the portions are HUGE. Elote Korn appetizer was great! If you didn't have Elote. And your love, Corn! I ordered Huevos ala Mexicana. 7 Maistortillas included? What? The taste profiles are authentic and complex! The simple dessert with coffee liqueur and ice cream is a truly unforgettable dessert. Coffee eating strongly at the first, then ice cream flavor comes through, then BAM the sweet Maduro planttain at the end! 3 flavors in a bite! The interior is nothing to write at home and the employees speak English. The grilled chicken in the children's meal was anyway, but who gets grilled chicken children meal in an authentic Mexican place. One of my children who regret this decision. I travel to the USA and eat Mexican food wherever I can, and I'm glad to find this jewel! Muy Rico! Bravo!"
