Pho Banh Mi - Menu

I ordered a banh mi for takeout and was mistakenly given spring rolls instead (see photo). When I called from home, I was informed that they could not provide a refund, but offered a store credit for a future purchase. This was very disappointing.

The food was delicious, I had the lemongrass beef banh mi, very sweet and tender. The service was outstanding, our server Tony was very friendly and attentive. The restaurants atmosphere was very comforting, I had a great experience. Absolutely recommend!

I ordered Fish cake and shrimp vermicelli bowl. It was okay but not amazing. It is more like on the bland side. My family ordered other dishes which were also not flavorful enough to our taste; even the grilled meat were not well-marinated, it was bland again.Service was okay. The indoor and outdoor designs are nice and lovely even though it is a little bit narrow inside.

I recently ordered from a restaurant and unfortunately experienced a negative incident involving the cook's behavior towards the delivery driver. The food quality was good, but I was disappointed by the cook's rudeness towards the driver. It's essential for all staff members to act professionally and treat everyone with respect. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and resolves the issue to provide a more positive experience for customers and delivery drivers in the future.

The service was extremely rude, the food was just okay, and the prices were high for Palo Alto. They did not fulfill simple requests, like providing extra bowls. One waiter was impolite, refusing to let customers leave before him. When we tried to take home our leftover noodle bowl, the waiter cleared it without asking. When we brought it to his attention, he simply walked away without apologizing. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was delivered and the interior was satisfactory. View menu

10$ for orange juice .. it was a 12 oz cup and they filled some of it with hot water (idk why) and ice so it wasn't even the full cup with real orange juice. I tried to cancel my order before they even squeezed the oranges but the owner refused and proceeded to say orange juice is good for you as if that explains the outrageous price. I get inflation and all but this is absurd and a scam. I will not be back again and will make sure to post my review on all food review platforms so consumers are all aware because this is not acceptable.

A fantastic place. We ordered Vegan Pho and Shrimp vermicelli bowl. They were both delicious and extremely healthy. Store’s ambience is nice. Staff is polite, friendly and customer service is excellent. There was no wait time even if they were extremely busy. They were very efficient in seating us and taking orders. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. Location is fantastic as it’s right in the heart of Palo Alto downtown at University avenue. This is my goto place for Pho. Plenty street parking available at under 5 min walking distance. I would go back there for all my Pho needs! ?

Tldr: everything is just okay here both food and service). The safest option to eat is Pho at least I didn't feel like I wasted money on pho).The restaurant decoration is pretty nice and cute. I liked it. We sat right next to the window so we got a nice view. I expected service to be better than a typical Vietnamese restaurant because of where this restaurant is but it's pretty much the same.
