"We were seated immediately with no wait at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Just a quick note: this restaurant opens only after 5 PM. The waitstaff were friendly, attentive, and generally very pleasant without being intrusive. Overall, the food for our group was good. My wife ordered the 10oz sirloin, our niece had the crabcakes, and I went with the grilled chicken wrap. Our niece's dish was outstanding. Unfortunately, my wife's steak was cooked nearly to well done, rather than the medium she had requested, and the chicken in my wrap was a bit dry and tough in some spots. All in all, it was a nice experience, but the food could use some improvement. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I'm hoping the issues we encountered with our meals were just a one-time occurrence."

"TLDR: Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Rated 9.9 and 9.6 by my son and I, respectively. Monster scores! My 13 year-old son and I stopped in for a late lunch while vacationing in Sandbridge. We were warmly greeted, seated and eating fresh tortilla chips and salsa within a minute or two. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer which was very tasty and generously portioned starter. The shrimp and scallop fajitas for 2 were selected for an entree and according to my son was the best meal he’s ever had. I thought it was exceptional. In fact, all aspects of our late lunch at Jose’s was exceptional. Nothing could have been better and will definitely visit again."
