First time I am disappointed with hoagie. Ordered primo Italian Diablo with extra Mayo and sweet peppers. Got neither. Skimpy on meat also. Will stick to my normal store.

I placed an order on the website and was told it would take nearly an hour. I called the restaurant, and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes instead. I spent $50, but unfortunately, none of my sandwiches were made correctly. View menu

This is the only Primos near me... The Hoagies are good and fresh for the most part.. BUT they will get your order wrong 75% of the time.. it's either something missing from your sandwich or something added that you didn't ask for..

This location is not recommended for anyone who enjoys Primo Hoagies. The sandwiches are lacking in meat and overall quality. Additionally, my soda was past its expiration date. The customer service is severely lacking. I would give it a negative star if that were an option.
