"I used a coupon for a large pizza with three toppings: pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. However, I only received two toppings on my pizza and no bacon. I called the store after noticing the missing bacon on the receipt. They informed me that bacon was listed as "misc" and insisted it was included on the pizza. I can assure you it was not there—I know what bacon looks and tastes like, and I'm pretty sure I didn't remove it. While they may think they provided good customer service, I certainly don't feel that way. You can be sure I won't be dining there again!"

I visited the restaurant on May 2, 2014, at 5:30 PM for their new smoked meat menu. Unfortunately, they were out of ribs and coleslaw. The waitress seemed confused, and the place was not very clean. I ordered a brisket sandwich, but there wasn't much meat on it. My wife had the smoked chicken quarters, and they were also not up to par. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning.

It turns out that what they called "speck" on the menu was listed as "bacon" on the receipt, and they insisted that the speck was on the pizza. However, I’m quite certain that I didn’t pick out all the speck and I know what speck looks and tastes like. Their customer service was disappointing, and I can assure you I won’t be coming back again!
