"This restaurant is open every day of the week as indicated by the sign on the truck, so don't rely on Google's hours! We had an absolutely delightful coffee and breakfast during our stop in Mitchell, and enjoyed a lovely conversation with the owner while he prepared our drinks. The maple bar was delicious, and the breakfast burrito was incredibly filling, packed with shredded potatoes and cheese. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return. Food: 5/5"

The service was excellent! I really enjoyed the Breakfast Burrito, although it was a bit too large for me. The Maple Bar with bacon was fantastic! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Maple Bar and the Breakfast Burrito!

Was so tired after being up so early and exploring around. Saw the espresso sign and ran towards it. Led into Mitchell and it was such a lovely stop along the highway! Places to sit if you wanna relax. Just stopped for a coffee and burrito but that was the BIGGEST burrito I’ve ever had. Amazing coffee. Good service. Can’t wait to go back Service: Take out
