I visited for the first time and was impressed by the helpful staff. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. Everything was top-notch: the food, service, and atmosphere all earned a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their sauces and sandwiches. There is also a fantastic selection for vegetarians, making it a great choice for anyone looking for meat-free options.

I was initially hesitant to share this review because I truly believe in supporting small businesses, but I feel it's important to provide honest feedback for the restaurant. During my last few visits, the sandwiches haven't met my expectations. I think they should consider updating their menu to indicate that many of the chicken dishes use rotisserie chicken. Unfortunately, it tends to be very dry, overly stuffed, and has that off-putting taste similar to canned chicken. It’s been quite disappointing.

Absolute disaster! Where do I begin? Order 4 basic sandwiches for dine in, nothing special with no side, no substitutions, and no special requests. It took over 25 minutes for each of them to arrive at different times. Unfortunately when they finally arrived, we had to grab them to go. The photo attached here-in describes the quality of the Big Dipper sandwich received. Without having to say much, you can clearly see that this is pathetic and nothing like what they show on their website or marketing ads anywhere.
