"Eating is good, sometimes excellent. Portions are above average, and eating was always fresh and well cooked. the way they conduct the business, however, is pathetic. from the closing of their phones because they are to be closed at random times to remove the dunes feet while they still eat, they only have no idea how to run a decent restaurant. everyone who works there was always friendly and helpful, but they are all responsible for basic food service standards. the actual dining area is very small, and it is usually not very well kept in the, with dirty/damaged walls, unmatched furniture, and simple and overall not pleasant atmosphere (strength floor, etc. yes, every business is today shorthanded, but sim was executed from the beginning so that I do not cut them any slack for the bad service and make a terrible business decision. the food will keep them in business, at least for one because, but they could have an excellent food in this area if they try something harder."

I took a very special date to the restaurant last night 7/5/18 around 7pm. We were seated but ignored. No water, no server nothing. People that came in after us sitting next to us were served. After 15 min or so we just left.

My husband and I have been looking for a decent Sushi restaurant in E-town for year. Just discovered Sims, and it was delicious. Excellent, friendly service and great food. Place is hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area.

The food at this restaurant is always fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly. My only issue is that they need to have multiple phone lines for ordering, as their current line is often busy to the point where I question if it is off the hook. View menu

editing* a second attempt and service to collect was crazy better. everything came in a logical, unhurried order. the food was great. was a little less busy than the first time. eating was pretty good. but the service was extremely slow. it took 20 minutes to get drinks and order 20 more. have never suppened or salad. when we were raised we were ignored. if they get a better service, eating is good.

The restaurant is decent compared to other sushi places in the city, but it ranks third in my opinion. The rolls are smaller than what you would find at other places and the quality is not as good. There are limited options for those with seafood allergies and they mix their rolls, so it's hard to know if they are safe. It would be better if they labeled each roll for allergies before ordering.
