"I absolutely love this place for my midday smoothie! The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, which might be due to a recent change in ownership and management. My experience and the quality of the smoothies have definitely improved. Some of my personal favorites are the PB Green Machine and the Aloha Cooler. My husband can't get enough of the Bulk Upper; he orders it at least 2-3 times a week! Their fresh juices are also delicious. As a smoothie enthusiast, I can confidently say that the smoothies and service here surpass those at Smoothie King. I highly recommend giving them a try!"

This place is alright, but the management and ownership are rude. Smoothie King is better and they won't give you any fuss.

The portions are incredibly large, but the blends and smoothies aren’t the freshest or smoothest. They seem to be lacking some of the liquid base.

My all time favorite. I ordered many different kinds of smoothies and all were good. The açaí bowl is good too. They modify the smoothies and add anything extra if we ask for.

Ordered 2 items, one of which they gave to the customer after me. Waiting for the item they messed up on for 10 minutes after having to ask for it and being met with “we don't have one of those. Do you want to wait?” ....yes. I paid you money for it.

So the sign on the wall says $4.49 for a 2 oz. wheatgrass shot. There 's another sign saying $1 for a 1 oz. shot after 3:00 because of Happy Hour. I order a 2 oz., expecting to pay $4.49, but hoping it might be $2. I was wrong. It was $7.03. When I questioned the bill, the guy says, It 's in the machine that way, there 's nothing I can do. I absolutely love this spot for my midday nap! The staff has become much friendlier and more helpful, which may be due to a change in ownership and management. My experience here has improved, along with the smoothies. Some of my favorites are the PB Green Machine and Aloha Cooler. My husband really enjoys the Main Part and orders it at least 2-3 times a week. Their fresh juices are also excellent! As a smoothie aficionado, I can confidently say that the smoothies and service here are far superior to those at Smoothie King. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I really love peanut butter, so I ordered the PB and J protein shake, which had peanut butter and some berries in it. My roommate opted for the açai bowl and seemed to really enjoy his choice. I loved my shake; they definitely didn’t skimp on the peanut butter, as I saw the lady add three generous scoops to the blender. The smoothies were delicious and perfectly satisfied my craving for something cold. I would definitely come back again. We also noticed a sign at the cash register for an app, so we downloaded it and got $3 off each of our orders. What a great find!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
