Ok sushi, if you love ginger. We got the 6 roll set and the sakana donburi bowl. The scallop roll was the best. The bowl was basically covered in spicy ginger so if you love ginger it was good.

This spot is truly great! The relaxed and inviting vibe sets the perfect tone for a wonderful dining experience, and the freshness of the fish simply adds to the charm. I can't get enough of this place

We absolutely love this restaurant. It's perfect for a quick lunch and has a vibe similar to Sugar Fish but more affordable, plus it has a terrace! The location is great for people-watching. All the praise this place receives is well-deserved. Be sure to try the 5-roll! View menu

First time eating here, the hand rolls were amazing. My fiancee and I shared the Unagi crispy rice appetizer and I got the snapper roll, scallop roll and yellowtail roll. My fiancee got the snapper roll, lobster roll and salmon roll. We loved every bite. We'll definitely be coming back for more sushi.

Super cute and extremely tasty roll bar! Service is friendly and quick, and the roll sets come out one at a time so you have time to savor each one! Very affordable too for decently large portions of fish in the rolls! I think the yellowtail was my favorite but it's hard to say. Def will be back for work lunch more often.

THE BEST SUSHI IN LA!!!!! My boyfriend and I live down the street and come in 3 4 times a week. We love it here. We would come here every day. You have to learn what to order here just like any sushi spot. The people are amazing. The sushi is amazing. The vibes are amazing. So here are my recs: spicy tuna crispy rice, salmon roll, edamame, and lobster roll then whatever else you like. This is the dream spread right here. Anyways if you’re looking for a cute spot to eat for dinner or lunch, this is the spot.

The modern and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in set the stage for a fantastic meal. The flavors and textures of the sushi were perfect. Sogo is a great date spot with its good ambience, higher end food, and location. The roll sets are a great deal, saving you over 20% per roll. On the other hand, their nonalcoholic drinks are way too overpriced, nearly double the price at the market for the exact same item. We ordered a the six roll set, a five roll set, and an extra toro roll. They didn’t explain any of the rolls as the brought it to the table so I was a bit disappointed and also was confused on which ones were which. The explanations would situate the customer while also providing an experience, a storyline as we go through roll. But each roll is tasty regardless, very robust with flavor. The crab is my favorite.
