This is the first place where I stop at a visit to Elmira. The staff is always friendly and the subs bring me back to the childhood days that left too fast. Very recommended

Always loved there subs, but today I ordered a half turkey sub. Usually they are very full but today my sub was so thin mostly lettuce hardly any turkey. I think they have new people. Not sure if I will go back. View menu

Excellent service! First time I've been here. The lady that helped me was fast and did a great job. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review was because the roast beef was a bit stringy. Still a good sandwich, though. Will be going back to try some of the other food, too.

I'm giving two stars because of the fact that the sub that I got wasn't too bad but they ended up having a scalloped potatoes and ham but they should have said it was scalloped potatoes soup I don't know what they made it of and it tasted really bad couldn't eat it nobody ate it never again

Don't remember it being this bad. Had a mayonnaise slurry, which was supposed to be a chicken salad sub. I found 2 pieces of grizzle which says it was made with some kind of chicken parts... Not sure where the rest of the chicken was... Mostly just the slurry of mayonnaise. Veggies on top were fresh and the bread is what I remember... Not so much for the main ingredient.... Where's the chicken? I can honestly say... This was one of grossest subs I've ever had. View menu

I'm very impressed with the food here. I have the fried pimples, fried shrimps and boneless wings and everything was delicious! The prices on their website are not up to date, but they are still much more affordable than many similar restaurants in the city. The staff was friendly, the price was good, the food was fresh, delicious, and the portion sizes were also good. They also carry a wide range of drinks and chips to accompany your meal. I'll try next time. I want to come back

Best place in the world. The staff is top notch. The size of the subs is phenomenal! Half a sub is a full meal for 5-6 dollars, the full size is ridiculously big! The speed with which they are deftly prepared is ghost bags. Even the way they wrap the subs is art. Ask for the chili pepper relish! Prices are favourable for quality. Bread was so fresh. Like egg salad. This place is the reason why people who move to the south miss their North Food. The only other place where I want a sub is the Italian shop in Arlington VA. I've eaten here 35 years ago and it's still as brilliant as I remember! Rock on!

the second i walked in everything seemed fine like i rememebred it being as a kid but then we started to order and the person taking our order was really rude and basically just threw my fiances sub together and wrapped it up without even closing the sub so everything fell out into the wrapping and she just kept wrapping it up then i ordered my food and while still placing my order she walked away and kept walking away every time she would ask me something and everything was over priced for the type of service we got got home and everything just fell out as we opened the food because she clearly didnt know how to close them or just didnt care never again will i visit this place just goes to...
