"I hate to do this because I have been coming here for years. But tonight was the worst night I have ever had at this restaurant. We had reservations for 8:15 and didn't get seated 8:40 (which it was a busy weekend, first state game/prairie arts festival) . It toons twenty minutes to get a menu and another 20 minutes to get our drinks, then we ordered an appetizer and the wrong thing came out. Finanally at 10 our salads came out by 10:15 we ask that our plates just be put into to-go boxes because we were ready to leave and then we noticed they didn't even add our sides, so we kindly ask them to remove our meals from the ticket and to take it back and they did. "I was looking for a fun night out at Westpoint and stumbled upon this restaurant. The sign said it was smoke-free, which was a plus. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff and informative signs on the walls. The restaurant was family-friendly and had a great selection of food including egg rolls, oysters, seafood, and delicious Mexican dishes. The peach margarita was also a highlight. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning in the future. Overall, a great experience!"

"Oh my goodness, we met the sweetest, kindest people at a Wendy's! The food was great, but we were even more impressed by the outstanding service and genuine kindness. The care and love we felt from all the staff, from taking our order to serving our drinks and delivering our meals for a group of four to five people, was exceptional! After driving 800 miles from South Texas on a long day trip of 14 hours, we were tired and hungry, and being welcomed with such warmth truly touched our hearts. Thank you!"

"We used to love Staffords! Some of the best BBQ and seasoned fries. Even several months ago we stopped for lunch and everything was good. Tonight we went and it was terrible. Charged 14.00 for a plate of NASTY PRE-BREADED FROZEN CHICKEN STRIPS, and 20 French fries with water to drink. The Bbq was still fine, but we ended up paying (with tip) $52.00 and it was awful. Not to mention, when we paid at the register, one of the girls rolled her eyes when she asked who got a side of slaw, and I told her it was one of my two sides that came with the chicken……..it was $2, I’m not trying to get over on someone. It has just really gone down hill since moving buildings. Highly disappointed!"
