The wait times were extremely long, the service was unfriendly, and the food quality was disappointing. I won't be coming back.

Kiosk ordering, plastic food basket and utensils. No waitress, no bean crock, no glass milkshake vessel. Seriously depressed after I left.

Steak and Shake has turned the dining experience into something as thrilling as using a vending machine. School cafeterias offer a better atmosphere. I won't be returning there again. View menu

I came through the drive through and ordered a number 10 off the 4 for 4 and got a regular burger got no crackers for the chili. Now I’d understand if y’all was busy but I was the only car in line. I’m never coming

I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. The cheeseburger I received was the greasiest I've ever had from any restaurant. When I worked at Steak 'n Shake at the Circle when I was 16, we never served anything like this to our customers. I've never gotten a hamburger from any other Steak 'n Shake that was this greasy. It seems that Steak 'n Shake is not the same as it used to be; I used to love their food, but it just isn’t what it once was.

We sat in the drive-up for over 30 minutes! We placed our order, paid, was given our drinks. After 15 minutes they came to the window and asked what our order was. They got it completely wrong. They went back to fix the sandwiches and our fries were ice cold! While they were supposed to be fixing the sandwiches we got their attention and asked for our money back! They couldn’t figure out how to do that so they wanted us to come inside! We gave them the food back and left with no refund! If there was a way to give them NO STARS we would have done that!!!
