"Love the atmosphere Food is great I have to say I haven’t tasted good authentic Italian bread in quite some time, the first bite I was excited to taste the true authenticity of Italia. I picked chicken parmigiana as my dish and it was very well flavored and a great portion size. This has to be my favorite new local Italian restaurant. One down side is the male who seated me wasn’t very friendly to me when seating me but then quickly redeemed himself after my food arrived and asked how everything was. Seemed forced but overall great food, great atmosphere. Would recommend!"

"They are super slow in their drive-thru in the mornings. With only 6 cars, you'll still be in line 15 mins. To top it off, their curbside is ALWAYS unavailable to use, to try to bypass the line. They will literally have you late for work, if you weren't. Then when you finally get to the window, the customer service not even worth it. I hate that it's the only CFA in proximity"

"The etoufee was ok. We got the grilled oysters. They we slightly grilled under a broiler. Mediocre at best. The fried crawfish tails were very salty and were the grilled shrimp. The French fries were limp, soggy, and cold. We got the bread pudding to end our meal. It was very hot on the edges but almost frozen in the middle. It was microwaved. This meal was a total waste of time and money. We will not return. Service: Dine in"

"I had an excellent experience! Where do I start? When we arrived at the restaurant, some of the staff greeted us warmly and took our orders. Our food was prepared right away and was delicious! I ordered a tasty meatball sub along with a bag of chips and a drink, all for around $12-13. While it might not be as cheap as eating at Wendy's or McDonald's, the quality more than justifies the price difference. In my opinion, this restaurant is even better than Subway, which has a similar price range. I will definitely be returning!"

"I am updating this review from a 2 star to a 5 star. The Port Arthur Roadhouse went above and beyond to make things right. Since our dinner was work related they sent over appetizer trays so that everyone who was at the dinner could enjoy their resolution to our issue. It was a huge success and the team appreciated the effort. Thank you for not ignoring our concerns and for finding a way to restore faith in the brand! While the food was very good the service was not. From the beginning of orders the server was short with each person and was rushing the orders. The server never came back to the table, a party of 9 to see if we needed anything. We had to go to the front and ask for additional rolls, we had to ask a different server to send ours to the table to get to go boxes. Our server could have asked if the ticket was all together at the beginning but didn't and made a big deal at the end when they were separate? The server seemed more interested in closing duties all around the restaurant than in providing service at our table. We were seated at 8pm and closing was at 10pm. Service should be as good until closing as it is at any other time during open service. No excuse."
