This is a favorite for our special evenings. They have the most unique but wonderful tasting food and they know what wine to recommend with each selection. The desserts are AMAZING too so leave room.

The customer service was exceptional, and the waiter provided excellent food recommendations. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was delicious, and overall it was a fun and relaxing experience for my first visit.

On the positive side, the waitstaff were exceptionally well-trained and enthusiastic about selling each dish. Favorite restaurant in Albany! I love trying new things here that I would normally never try because I know how well the food is prepared and have yet to be disappointed! Last time we ate there I ordered venison which is way out of my comfort zone, and absolutely loved it (I do not like “gamey” food). The service is always outstanding and the wine selection is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Sybaris Bistro never disappoints. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff friendly and the food is excellent. I ordered the special which was a blackened salmon. The fish was cooked perfectly and the seasoning just right. I also ate the best roasted squash I have ever tasted. I seriously could eat that dish every single day. Had dinner at Sybaris Oct 27 with two of my closest friends. I ordered the Hassenpfeffer Sausage (recommended by Jesse) and my friends both had the Pan-Fried Pacific Sole (also recommended).
