"Recently I ran around trying to find really good boba on my way home from work. Since I live in Richardson and work in Garland I'm passing through some of the most dense boba areas in Dallas. I tried about a dozen places through Google's and friend's recommendations and to me, Tapioca House was the most delicious and price conscious. Here you get a good value for your money, and delicious, consistent boba. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they change their prices and I have to go back on the hunt but for now they're my go-to place.Their food is great too! Bring your friends and go have a snack!Bonus:I think my favorite thing about this place is a couple of the employees seem to take it upon themselves to guess the kind of music patrons would enjoy listening to and play it for them. I suspect it's a little game they play to entertain themselves, but I'm not that easy and I've written down more than one band they have played for me while I wait. Thanks guys!"

Visit this place before it shuts down for good; it's the best boba you'll ever taste!

Very kind and helpful staff, my favorite drink to get is lavender milk tea and it’s amazing.

I visited this place when it first opened on a Saturday morning. There was a bit of an unusual smell, but the boba was really good. The server was friendly, too. View menu

Employee with glasses extremely rude and threatened to fight us. Would not recommend coming here unless she gets fired like she should be.The guy employee however was extremely nice.

I arrived an hour before closing on a Saturday, but it felt like they were already shutting down. All the chairs were stacked away, creating an uninviting atmosphere. On top of that, the drinks were quite disappointing; they were overly sweet and pretty much undrinkable. I won’t be returning, and it feels like they don’t want customers there either.

I came in to get a drink and I witnessed an employee threatening a customer over a messed up drink. I was so disturbed I left before it was my turn because I didn’t want to deal with her (employee). The employee was also saying vulgar language that made me really uncomfortable and shocked. I will never come back if this is how they treat their customers over a drink. View menu

I love tapioca house’s crispy chicken nuggets and crispy tofu! The chicken or tofu snacks are good on their own, but the crispy chicken nugget meal has everything to perfectly complement the nuggets rice, yummy veggies, and a soy sauce egg. It also comes with a drink, which I love the green tea! Service is also fast and friendly. Definitely a place I feel at home coming from UT where Taphouse was a staple.

Went to Tapioca House twice recently.Love the place because you can get boba and Taiwanese meals/snacks at the same time. Yes there are good restaurants nearby, but the Taiwanese combos have the perfect portion and they make em pretty fast.Get your own popcorn chicken, dont share. You can get em spicy or not spicy. We tried some of the combos, spicy noodle, tomato beef, braised pork belly, pork chop and fried chicken, all equally good! The jasmine milk tea is pretty strong and not as diluted as other places and the boba's at the right chewiness.Keep in mind they have an extensive menu of drinks, so take your time, lol. Parking: Plenty of parking but during peak meal hours may get tricky. Can u...

"A mean chicken sandwich, along with an array of other diverse items, is what you can expect to find here.Their chicken sandwich, though pricier than one at a fast food drive thru, is well worth it. It's a well seasoned breast fried with a well-balanced crispy batter. And, to top it off, it's bigger than cheaper fried chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The classic chicken sandwich is satisfying, but some of their other sauced variations might satisfy people who want more unique flavors on their sandwiches.Everything tastes fresh, and the organic cage free chicken they claim to use can be tasted. It's a juicy clean tasting chicken, and one's stomach can feel it later. Unlike a lot of other fried chicken sandwiches, there's a remarkable lightness about it.The fries they have are fresh and hot, but are also thick crinkle cut fries which may not be in some people's taste. Luckily, the homemade chips they make up for that fact, and they shockingly taste much better than they should. For those hoping for a healthier option, this place offers plenty of wildly delicious choices involving grilled chicken, quinoa salads, wraps, and many others that are no less creative than their fried chicken choices. The stellar atmosphere and friendly service cap it all off.If anything can be complained about, it's that the biscuits here are too soft, and lack the crumbly crispy texture of a regular biscuit one is used to eating. While it's not bad at all, some may not find it to their taste."
