The Grumpy Egg - Menu

Thank you to the Grumpy Egg Family to support our teachers in state tests. The Burritos were phenomenal and the donuts were super delicious. Our employees really enjoyed their treats this week. Thank you.

Recently found this place after their name change, and now we visit regularly. Excellent donuts, quality food, great service. We even took some of their green chili to a dinner party, and it was completely eaten quickly.Food: 5/5

Cheap, fast, and delicious. This place needs to be protected at all costs. Two meals, two donuts, and a coffee for $20. I normally do not like eating out because I am never impressed by the meals I am paying for, and I could not be happier with this place. We will be returning. View menu

We had a fantastic breakfast! The steak was tender and paired perfectly with the eggs and potatoes. My wife and I really enjoyed it today—it was delicious! They also offer free donuts before they close at noon, which is a nice touch. Just a heads up, they are closed on Mondays. Thank you!

I've been treating myself to their Apple fritters for years best around! We ordered a grub hub breakfast this morning and when the order arrived it was missing the best part the fritters and donuts. We also ordered 2 hot breakfasts traditional breakfast and a ham breakfast burrito both vey tasty and hit the spot). We called Grumpy Egg and spoke with manager, Amanda, about the missing items. She went above and beyond.. she quickly offered to bring the missing items personally to our home. Outstanding service ! We will continue to frequent our favorite donut spot and local business. Thank you !!!

We placed a custom order for our daughter's birthday party, but when my husband arrived to pick it up, the order wasn't ready. So, we decided to buy four dozen of the donuts they had available. About 30 minutes later, one of their staff members called to ask when I would be picking up the order. There had been a communication mix-up, and the staff member actually delivered the donuts to the park where we were holding the party! She truly went above and beyond, making my daughter's celebration a fantastic one. Everyone loved the donuts and kept asking me where I got them. This is definitely a great place for donuts! My daughter and I both found hairs in our food, which was only somewhat good to begin with. The teenage staff was unprofessional on many counts. The cashier was dismissive and rude and leaning on the counter the entire time she was taking our order. When I ordered a bear claw which was listed on the menu she barked we don 't have that at me and then rudely corrected me about the name of a similar looking donut which was in the case but not listed on the menu. She and another teen girl working there loudly held a conversation just standing around the front counter when there were at least 2 tables that needed cleaning. TL;DR ridiculous wait, boring soggy food, and sweet but vapid wait staff... great twist donutHaving been in the service industry, I try to be understanding of things like being busy.. and for good food, I'm willing to wait. The women running the counter were sweet and mostly on top of things but they couldn't seem to agree on what things were in stock.. and I wanted the meal to go, but they didn't even ask.. so then when I got the drink in a dine in cup, realized she didn't hear me say to go.. and then I waited 45 minutes for soggy and boring French toast, flavorless eggs, and mediocre sausage... they also didn't give silverware or tell you where to pick it up.. the donuts are fire ? though...

Hidden in plain sight! I've frequented the farmers' supply store next door and the ice cream shop, but I never realized this restaurant was there. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me with my order and guided me through their menu. I chose item #8 with a side of potatoes. After ordering, you find your own seat while they prepare your food, and it didn't take long at all. The presentation was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy were excellent, and the eggs and bacon were delicious.
