Visiting from out of state. I decide to get a cooler so I could bring plenty home with me.

They supple many local eateries and keep their case stocked and invent new items to keep people coming back.

Amazing! If you are looking for vegan options, this is a destination. The meats and cheeses are delicious. I also picked up some snacks and a shirt. The ranch is especially good.

This place is amazing. I am not vegetarian or vegan, I own my own restaurant, I live with a vegan, and I have very high standards for vegan food. In my mind it should be approachable for anyone and have the same focus on flavor, quality, texture,and balance than any other restaurant does. Everyone should try their sandwiches, even for a causal lunch on the fly, trust theprocess and check out some brilliant craftsmanship. Keep up the good work!

I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into a butcher store, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the setup, cleanliness, and how organized it was inside. The display cases showcase the vegan butcher meats and cheese. It was a dream come true. I ordered the Hot Panini sandwich made up of leftover thanksgiving goodies. It was absolutely the best vegan sandwich I have ever had. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely be aiming by here to pickup something to eat.

I had some delicious items from this place. my biggest sadnesses are 1,) that there are no rehearsals offered (even before the pandemic.) if they want to try something, they need a whole order that suck because if they don't like it, they end throw away. now you waste food and money. pity for them. 2) no changes to their sandwiches. almost all their sandwich specials come with cheese that I don't eat (yes, I know it's vegan. No, I still don't eat 3) they sneak cheese in (almost) everything. I tried the potato salad and had to throw it away. Havarti-Käse was there, what? I still support this place.
