"My visit to The Husky restaurant in New Orleans was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff and our prompt seating made a great first impression. Our server, Nellie, was a true delight – attentive, friendly, and she significantly enhanced our dining experience with her outstanding service. The food was exquisite. We began with the Endive and Apple Salad, which was both fresh and flavorful. For our main courses, we ordered the Beef Wellington and Ribeye, both cooked to perfection. The whipped potatoes and spinach were ideal sides. For dessert, we treated ourselves to the rich chocolate cake, which was a splendid conclusion to our meal. The cocktails were equally impressive; the Manhattan, Old Fashioned, and Espresso Martini were all expertly crafted and delicious. The restaurant's ambiance was sophisticated and masculine, reminiscent of a cozy ski lodge, creating a perfect atmosphere for a special evening. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend The Husky. The exceptional food, service, and inviting ambiance made for a truly memorable dining experience. I will certainly be back soon. We had an excellent experience at The Husky. Our waiter, Chris, was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The happy hour offered fantastic value with top-notch drinks. I personally recommend opting for whiskey over gin. The grilled salad and fried mushrooms made for perfect appetizers, and the French onion soup was exceptional. The tomahawk pork panee was incredible—there wasn't a crumb left on the plate. We concluded our meal with a house-made ice cream topped with homemade brownie and pretzels! I dropped by The Husky for happy hour drinks and appetizers before heading to dinner elsewhere, and I was blown away by the atmosphere. Our server, Christopher, was exceptional and even guided us to a hidden bathroom where you can take a shot of bourbon and keep the shot glass as a memento! We tried a couple of espresso bourbon martinis that were fantastic. The pistachio-crusted lamb lollipops, bone marrow with escargot, and fried mushroom oysters we ordered were all incredible. The lamb was out of this world, and the bone marrow was just as impressive, while the fried mushroom oysters were delicious. In hindsight, we probably should have had our entire dinner here. Don't overlook this gem!...
