"Kai was outstanding.....it was all delicious however our group would have liked more savoury items and fewer sweet items 4 of us had the 'bubbles ' which were divine 1 had a soya vanilla latte which apparently was fantastic The waitress who looked after us (she was in training) was fabulous ! She was very attentive without being over the top, was super helpful and able to answer our questions. Nice being in the IC hotel you feel very posh !"

Amazing food so much I couldn't get through it all! My mum had a fall while we were there and the staff were amazing and incredibly attentive. Will definitely be back!

We always go here for our High Tea. It is the best we have had anywhere. Excellent value for money and we always take a doggy bag home afterwards. Excellent variety of teas and enjoyed our Latte afterwards.

Service was slow and our drinks were forgotten at one point. Some staff were great but that attention to detail wasn’t present with all. Bread was almost a bit stale felt like it had been sitting out as wasn’t soft anymore View menu

I would consider High Teas at the Intercontinental Hotel as the best we have had. So much food we usually have to get a ‘doggy bag’ to take what’s left away. The food, ambience, atmosphere and the service are outstanding. The staff are so welcoming and attend to your every needs. I would recommend the Intercontinental Hotel High Teas for that special occasion.

Beautiful, seamless High Tea experience, from start to finish! Gorgeous, perfectly curated food and teas, impeccably presented, and professional, polished, wonderfully warm and politely attentive service. Kitchen paid meticulous attention to our food allergies, which was also enormously appreciated. Looking forward to our next Lobby Lounge experience at the Intercontinental with considerable excitement, and recommend highly to all! 10/10

"This was my third visit to Raja Indian Cuisine Bar, and it continues to be a dependable option for authentic Indian flavors with generous portions. The highlights of my meal included: • **Mulligatawny Soup (10/10)**: This vegan dish is rich and flavorful, combining carrots, lentils, apple, coconut cream, and curry. It's a must-try! • **Chicken 65 (10/10)**: These perfectly fried chicken bites are coated in flour and tossed with curry leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala. We chose medium heat, which delivered a flavor-packed experience with just the right kick. • **Chicken Biryani (9/10)**: Aromatic and full of whole spices, this dish comes with a delicious raita. The chicken was tender and abundant, with at least four pieces. • **Masala Chai (10/10)**: They truly excelled in crafting this comforting and well-spiced beverage! On the other hand: • **Chicken Hakka Noodles (7/10)**: Although it was loaded with veggies, my request for mild seasoning resulted in an underwhelming dish that lacked flavor—the garlic, soy, and ketchup were dialed down too much, making it bland. • **Pakal Chicken (4/10)**: This dish was disappointing; it lacked depth, and the chicken felt like an afterthought in the curry. • **Rice Kheer (6/10)**: It was too sweet and runny for my taste; I anticipated a thicker, custard-like consistency. • **Ras Malai (8/10)**: This chilled dessert is flavorful and soft—definitely a solid choice. • **Chapati vs. Roti**: Chapati takes the win for its softer texture. General observations: • Portion sizes are generous, particularly for rice and noodle dishes. • The restaurant's somewhat secluded location at the back of the mall might not look inviting at first, but the interior is beautifully decorated with Indian accents. • The air conditioning is quite strong, so it might be wise to bring a light layer! • If you're not used to Indian or Pakistani spice levels, I suggest sticking with mild; I usually go for medium to spicy. Overall verdict: It's definitely worth it. Despite a few misses, the standout dishes are compelling enough for me to keep coming back.
