It is hard for me to comment because I love this place. The menu is great and the atmosphere is what is expected for this type of restaurant. Again, I love this place.

The tacos were quite good, but I ordered corn tortillas and received flour instead. However, there is a great self-serve hot sauce bar with at least 15 different flavors and various spice levels. View menu

This is a fantastic lunch destination with plenty of lunch specials, making it a refreshing change if you're a regular. They offer an extensive selection of sauces to choose from, which adds even more variety to the dishes.

I got a black bean quesadilla, they accidentally served me a blackened chicken quesadilla. I only expected them to remake my quesadilla, but in the meantime they gave me chips with guac, queso, and salsa. The food was amazing.

Order food at the counter and they deliver it to your table. Service was surprisingly quick. Good guacamole ?. Would appreciate table service but that's not their set up. Been going to Flats for years. First time to this one. Just like the other ones. Pretty darn good. Have tried the tacos, burrito and flautas. The flautas come with queso, sour cream, beans, guacamole and rice on a bed of jalapeno slices. It's our favorite. Get the meal and you get a drink. Food, service and loud music seems to be consistent through the 5 stores we've been to.

Food is average they have an amazing selection of hot sauces. My complaint is I ordered a chimichanga and traditionally you fry/pan fry your tortilla as it’s wrapped up. Mine had a good attempt but two things I notice no cheese in the wrap and it was an uncooked torilla wrap. Just a burrito with the toppings of a chimichanga. its minor changes that would make huge differences. Service is great, very fast on the food. I understand this is Tex-mex but don’t skip a step into making the food way more flavorful. I would rate this higher but I wanted a chimi not a burrito with pico over it.

I tried dining here for lunch again, and it turned out to be a mistake. I want to emphasize that the customer service is consistently exceptional and the staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, the food hasn't improved. We ordered two burritos, and they were quite disappointing. The burritos had a rancid taste, and the chicken seemed spoiled. The queso was the only highlight, but even the chips were soggy instead of crispy. We also tried the wings, but those were a letdown as well. We gave it another chance, but it’s just not working for us. It's disappointing because Tijuana used to be my favorite place. View menu
