"The restaurant was very disappointing. The vegetable side dish consisted of only steamed cauliflower and a few strips of tasteless carrots. My sweet and sour pork was overcooked and the sauce lacked flavor, tasting only of sugar syrup. My wife's Teriyaki chicken was also overcooked and bland. We have never had such dull food at a Teriyaki restaurant before."

I always come to this restaurant for the Chicken Yakisoba and I am always satisfied with my meal. It is the best Teriyaki place in town! View menu

This restaurant is amazing! The teriyaki here is top-notch, and the chicken is cooked to perfection, much better than other teriyaki places in the area.

The teriyaki was just average. I have had better elsewhere. It is a decent place, probably around 4.2 stars. They could also improve by providing more rice.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. It was not impressive. The huh was too charred and they charged extra for a little teriyaki sauce, which I found unreasonable considering the small portion they already provided. View menu

Service was good, lady was friendly. I ordered the C2, and it was just dry and gross. No extra teriyaki sauce to be had. My wife’s T2 wasn’t any better. Dry mushy yakisoba, and dry chicken. 50 bucks for food we threw away.No sauce anywhere. Won’t be back. Cool downtown location.

Amazing chicken! The teriyaki chicken was cooked to perfection! Juicy and tender and SO GOOD! I will definitely be back! My hubby said his gyoza things were a bit dry but I think it was because he had to wait a while to eat them. I’m sure if he would have had them fresh, they would have been better! Best teriyaki chicken I’ve had in a while! Delicious!

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
