"We went there last night for our daughter's 18th birthday as we wanted something different from the offerings in Gallipoli. The staff were delightful; they were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The restaurant is well decorated in a contemporary style with a fresh meat display counter at the back from which you choose your options. The food was simply excellent the quality, preparation and presentation delivered exactly what we wanted. As one other reviewer has said, the bill was an irrelevance when it arrived as the restaurant had delivered such a great experience. Not going if you're anywhere near Nardo would be missing a treat."

"Delicious! I enjoyed: seafood salad, mixed (cold) veg, salmon carpaccio which was quite salty and maybe over marinaded but great none-the-less, lemon sorbet and white wine. They also do frittura di mare which looked great too. To finish I had a coffee flavoured with Baileys. Spot on! Costly but worth it . They also have a 'lunch for €9.90 ' offer but I didn 't see that until too late and there was no suggestion what might be included in that."

"the complex is 4 stars. Good sushi, not too heavy. beautiful location. the unique sins the music inside annoying (a real lament;) the wands, being square, after a while they bothered the fingers. recommended."

"È la prima volta che rilascio una recensione e lo faccio fieramente. Ho avuto l’occasione di assaporare la cucina tipica del Salento , propriamente quella neretina, dal sapore fresco ed intoccabile alla presentazione ammirevole dei piatti (dei veri capolavori). Il sapore fresco del pesce e la carne di prima qualità hanno fatto si che la serata si trasformasse in una vera e propria festa per il palato, dai gusti semplici, ma raffinati. Lo staff cordiale e preparato hanno amplificato l’esperienza, con là degustazioni di molti vini e prosecchi tipici. I prezzi onesti e abbordabili hanno concluso la serata in bellezza. Ci tornerò senz’altro."

"for four years, we have come to eat with joy in this braceria. the quality of the products is excellent and the prices more than moderate. the bombs and sausages, which we prefer, are excellent and their high quality remains constant over time. outlines are always fresh and desserts always include some home-made options. also excellent spumon and sorbet. the service has never given problems and you do everything possible to meet the needs of the customer. the owner is available and courteous, but discreet. a place that reflects the Salento tradition, linked to the flavors of the past. the location is suggestive, located between the streets of the wonderful baroque old town of nardò. recommended!"
