"This is a small Thai vegan restaurant that I've come to love. I think there are only 4-5 tables inside. There's also no restroom for the public. I usually get mine to go so it hasn't been a problem for me. The things I've tried: Deep Purple: this is eggplant fried tempura style. It was delicious, but the homemade vegan ranch sauce that came with it was watery and added nothing to the dish. Now that I know, I'll ask for some other sauce with it. Drunken Noodles: my niece actually tried this one. She loved it. She asked for extra spicy, but said it missed the mark. She's on another level of spice though. lol Orange Chicken: this was really tasty. The texture of the chick'n was great, and they didn't over sauce it. I'd order again. Bangkok Basil: This is my go-to at almost every Thai restaurant that I go to. Something about the sweet Thai basil that adds to a dish. I got this with chick'n. It was stellar. I highly recommend this if you're looking for vegan options. But be prepared to wait if you want to eat there, or get it to go and enjoy at home."

Vegan Nova is my saving grace whenever I do not want to cook. Try the pad Thai with tofu, the Hainan chik'n rice, and the Chik'n Cashew Nut. So good!

Been coming here for a year now, they have never let me down. Great food The Chicken Cashew dish is my favorite but they have so many great dishes, slowly trying everything on their menu.

100% Thai Vegan but you would never know everything is so so delicious all the staff is great. I had fried Portebello mushrooms with peanut sauce(Tastes like Oysters), steamed dumplings, Drunk rice noodles with Vegan Shrimp, and their chocolate cake madefrom dates with caramel dipping sauce.

I am eating more veggies these days and found a vegan place. Menu looks good! I am staying away from fried, so I purchased steam veggies. Yummmmm There are no bathrooms to use at this time due to the Pandemic. Parking is difficult because it is in a stripmall. However, there is plenty of street parking. View menu

I ordered takeout from this restaurant on a Friday night and enjoyed the meal at home with my family. We ordered pad Thai with tofu, crispy chicken, orange chicken, chicken sauté, steamed dumplings, and banana crisp for dessert. Overall, we all enjoyed everything except for my wife, who didn't like the sauté due to the texture. The dumplings were a hit, especially with my 1-year-old. We should have ordered more than one order since it only came with 5 pieces. The banana crisp dessert with chocolate dipping sauce was also delicious. We had an enjoyable meal and would definitely order again when craving vegan Asian cuisine.

I am disappointed with my experience at Vegan Nova. I ordered the beef and broccoli dish, but was disappointed to find only three pieces of broccoli in it. It seemed as though the staff rushed to close my order so quickly, which makes me question the quality of their service. To make matters worse, the dish did not even contain beef, but instead tofu chik'n. I felt like it was a waste of money as it did not look appetizing and I ended up not eating it. I am frustrated by the excessive amount of cabbage in the dish as well. After receiving a disappointing response from the owner, I have decided not to return to Vegan Nova. I hope they improve their business practices or eventually close down...

"Consistently delicious high quality food with good prices and large portions. I like the goat the most, lamb #2, but I've tried all the lunch/dinner options and they're all excellent. All dinner/lunch options have the same sides. The only difference is price and protein. The proteins have consistently been tender and well spiced. I'm used to spicy food, so this doesn't bother me at all, but those averse to even low level of spiciness may find it spicy or may want to ask to tone down the scoville level. It comes w/ fluffy basmati rice, salad, yummy spicy green sauce (basbaas? , banana, bottle of water, a delicious spiced tea (closest thing I've had to it is Ethiopian spiced tea or some Indian chai but without the milk , and awesome soup. The soup is light brothy, but deeply flavored. That soup in many other restaurants would easily be the signature dish and worth spending extra on. If I have any complaint about the place is that sometimes they run out of that awesome soup and to a lesser extent, the delicious tea, especially towards the end of the day. The portion size is enough to split into 2 comfortable sized meals or if you're extra hungry, it will definitely satiate most appetite levels. The service has always been friendly, nice, and helpful. The decor/atmosphere is definitely not fancy. It's very casual, and before covid restrictions, was like a bit of a community gathering spot. Diverse groups of people would come here. Added bonus is that it's halal (Somalia is predominantly Muslim after all . If you go during the Ramadan, hours may differ, so check ahead if during that time of year."

"The steak here is so delicious. I got the porterhouse and loved it so much forgot to take a picture. My server Elvis was the best. Made me feel like I've known him forever. I ordered what he recommended was popular because it was my first time here. I also got the garlic masher taters(as stated on menu) and the flavor was so tasty. My gf got a filet mignon it was delicious to her it mixed well with her garlic masher taters as well. The bread brought to the table had a finecrunch and the side butter had a great flavor. I love how they bring two different types of bread. The water was so refreshing glad I didn't get served tap water. I will recommend everyone I know to come here for a steak. Dessert: got thepiece of cheese cake and it's a very delicious creamy cheese came with homemade cool whip and some fruit. 20/10 rating Parking: 0/10 it's about 30$ to park at this hotel where it's located or in a nearby parking garage. I would recommendparking at Carl's Jr. And taking the 7 minute walk on a nice night. I believe they should have a two hour parking for 10$ or you must get a barcode from restaurant to get a discount on parking. I'm not sure but that's the only faulthere. This is not a place to come if you are on a budget but the mood is right if you love great food and being treated respectfully while listening to soothing music and having a conversation or just to be alone."
