"VERY DISAPPOINTED! I picked up boneless wings from this place today took them straight home (I live literally a mile away), and when I started eating them I had to stop because they were DRY TOUGH. I called the store and spoke to Brandon whom was nonchalant about the situation. I asked “how are you going to make this right” and he said “sorry there’s nothing I can really do about this because of company policies”. He did NOT even attempt to make it right. I asked if he could remake the order, and I would be willing to bring back what I had received, but he said no. Instead, he took down my name and number for the manager, Summer, to call me back within the next few days. This is absolutely ridiculous! Not only did I wasted $28.64, but then I was forced to go spend money somewhere else because they would not fix it. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

I used to enjoy their wings, but the prices were already expensive and now they have increased even more. It's not worth it anymore.

The wings had no flavor, the sauce seemed watered down, and the soup was bland. The staff was friendly, but the wings were incredibly bad. I would not recommend this restaurant. View menu

The food tasted like it had been frozen and then reheated in a microwave. The sauce did not taste like BBQ at all. This was not my first time ordering from this restaurant and unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

we have ordered the last weeks from w2g and had honestly a good experience. the online portal was easy to use, the wings tasted super, and the pickup was prompt. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we ordered well and the wings weren't as crispy as we hoped, but overall, tasted good! taste the chesapeake bay taste safe.

I have eaten here more times than I care to admit, and I have never had any issues with my order. Jada is always friendly when I call to place my pickup order. The boneless wing sections are loaded with meat, unlike any other place I have tried. I love the Suicide sauce, it's hot but not too hot for me to enjoy. This place is a favorite of mine! View menu

The food is not good, l have not tried the wings so l cannot comment on the main dish of the restaurant but the other dishes are horrid. The cat fish had no flavor and was rubbery, it was definitely not fresh it was old cat fish that they served. The cheese steaks were not good either, subway has much better quality. I am highly disappointed having spent over $70 for our first visit, not worth trying again.

So disappointing.... I was excited to see there menu pop up being a fan of W-T-G during there prior run in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area and this place is definitely NOT that. So it was boneless special day, .60¢/each which is more than fair deal especially with this size of the pieces you get. But thats about the only good thing about this review. I ordered suicide and Maui splash, neither had any real flavor and both felt uninspired. I also don't think the chicken was seasoned at all before being fried.Overall very disappointing to have lack of any flavor on such huge breast chunks, excuse me boneless wings
