"Mala Beef Noodle Soup (extra spicy) Lamb Skewers.Noodles were the best I've ever had bouncy, perfect soft chew, somehow not getting too soft while sitting in the hot soup for minutes. Soup broth was flavorful, clean, and a good spice level. Beef was a good proportion and taste, a good supporting act to the noodles on center stage. The lamb skewers were smaller and dryer than expected but I still enjoyed them and the cumin on top. These were 3 4/5 but as a side dish, I'm not deducting from the total. I could come here and just get the noodle dishes and be happy. I came back a 2nd time recently and got the mackerel skewer which was not big but a tasty, salty side.Service was quick and solid albeit this isn't a place where much service is needed outside of bringing the food to the table. The sides of garlic, chili oil, etc took care of me just fine. Self ordering station was easy and you may be able to order with a person up front. They were friendly and informative when I asked to use the restroom, telling me the first one was occupied, quite helpful. After coming back a 2nd time, the bowl was identical, very consistent product!I'll definitely be back soon!"

The room a sparse and efficient. A QR code on your table enables you to order online. Your dishes are quickly brought to you. The hand pulled noodles are outstanding. We ordered an extra plate for dessert.

I can’t say enough about this place. Food was excellent and tasty, making me plan to come back as I was eating. The pricing is affordable and the owners are so nice. I like the self service type of ordering as well. Very fast and well organized. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. 100/10 recommend!!Food: 5/5

I got the spicy lamb biang noodle soup and really enjoyed it! I finished the entire bowl and I was left full but not overly full. Flavor was yummy and spicy level (I got regular) was perfect based on what I expected. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Not from Seattle but I would visit again if I lived in the area!Food: 5/5 View menu

Super tasty noodles in a friendly, no-frills spot. I got the lamb cumin noodles (regular spicy) and loved it. Flavorful broth and noodles, delicious lamb and a nice level of spice. The standard spice isn’t super spicy; I’d say it’s a manageable semi-mild spice, which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely go for super-spicy if you actually want some heat.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem in the heart of the UDistrict. It's a self-service restaurant where you can order your food from a large touchscreen monitor without having to interact with anyone. The food was delicious, albeit a bit expensive (I believe 6 potstickers were over $8). The noodles were perfectly chewy, flavorful, and satisfying - a comforting meal on a chilly day.

I recently grabbed an online order of Lamb Skewers, Chicken Pot Stickers, and Spring Rolls from this restaurant. Everything was delicious. Although the items weren't labeled as spicy, the skewers had a seasoning that packed a bit of a punch (I have low tolerance for spice). Surprisingly, the heat remained consistent and didn't bother me like most spicy dishes do. The restaurant had a clean and modern interior and the staff were very friendly. View menu

Very delicious Chinese noodle house! We got medium level spice and my tongue was tingling haha I haven’t had such delicious Chinese noodles in my life, but only gave a 4 star because the cup of water had a bleach taste to it.At the table you can order from the QR code and pay as well This is very useful because of the language barrier. Most dishes are around $14, but well worth it. One thing I didn’t like was my tip options on the QR code. I don’t think a 15% tip is justifiable for just dropping off the food and giving us a water. There wasn’t any waiter service because everything is ordered with the QR code.

I have never given a restaurant one star before, but I have to do it for this place. It's a kiosk where you order food, which is fine if the food looks like it does in the pictures. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We ordered the dry chicken noodles and the chicken was inedible. It seemed like they had used hacked chicken wings and the bones were not properly removed. There was very little meat on the chicken, but we were still charged for it. The noodles were over-soaked in oil and just okay. When my wife tried to return the dish, she was yelled at by an elderly lady working there, which was not surprising. A younger woman eventually came out and admitted that the picture did not...
