"When the waiter came over, I brought up the issue with the cold, inedible burgers, and his response was, "Well, how was the soup?" He offered no solution regarding the burgers. The total bill came to $42, and we left an $8 tip. In retrospect, I wish I had insisted on having those awful burgers removed from the bill. I understand that restaurants are struggling, but so are customers; we’re all feeling the pinch of inflation. I was really hoping for a nice, juicy hamburger (I had ordered mine rare, which clearly wasn't possible due to how thick their patties were) with a warm, toasty bun and melted cheese. How difficult would that be to achieve, especially for $42? This was my first and last visit to this so-called restaurant."

"The food was fantastic, but the service left something to be desired. It seemed like many of the staff were in training, which slowed down the pace of the meal. While it wasn't a major issue, we eventually had to pour our own wine. We were celebrating a birthday, and although the hostess acknowledged it, the waitstaff overlooked it completely. A neighboring table had their special dessert ceremony missed as well. Given the prices here, attentive service should be a priority, and unfortunately, the details were lacking. I understand that it's challenging to find good help these days, and that certainly affects the overall experience."

"My wife and I ate here for our anniversary, based on a friend’s recommendation, and we loved it. The food was excellent, the waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was very relaxed. They have a pretty substantial menu plus a number of specials. I had the Sunday Sauce (on a Friday) which was a nice sized portion with sausage, meatballs, ribs and pasta in a really tasty sauce. My wife had the branzino, which she said was great. Appetizers were also very good. We mentioned it was our anniversary when we made the reservation, so they surprised us with a treat for dessert. "I finally got to experience and try New Jersey pizza!! My husband, myself and my son stopped in from seeing my daughter in Massachusetts. We came all the way from North Carolina to visit and just had stop in to get pizza. It was definitely worth the drive!
