Yuki Hana Japanese Fusion

Interesting. I've spent 30 years in Asia. Their version of gyoza was delicious, but like nothing I'd ever had. There are a few sushi rolls w bacon. Also interesting idea. But the Kamakazi roll was delicious. I love eel. This is unusual sushi.... not the normal menu. But very good. The menu isn't extensive. The waitress wasn't familiar with the drinks. But it was good.

I really like this place! We stumbled on it by chance while we were in the area. Although their menu looked great, we weren't super hungry so I just got the dynamite roll and my husband ordered the soft shell crab roll. Both were delicious! The decor is very nice inside. Pretty and clean facility. Recommend to anyone in the area. Aside from sushi, they have a lot of great options. I want to go back and try more of their menu next time when in that part of town!

A+!! I found Yuki Hana through Yelp. My fellow yelpers did a great job reviewing this place. I love Yuki Hana as much as they do. Food my friend and I came on a Monday during happy hour (although I heard they have happy hour all night on Mondays). We had 4 rolls which all were Delicious! High quality sushi at a terrific price. Their spicy tuna was one of the best I've had. Drinks I had a glass of their Saki Sangria. I love trying different items especially at a happy hour price, $7. I'll definitely be back! View menu

Love the sushi and ambiance here! The service is always great and they always have food network (my favorite) showing! Both times I've been here, Chopped was on so I enjoyed glancing up and watching before my meal came. Try the shiromi tasting and yellowtail crudo. I recommend those cold plates! Very good. They always have different special menus to try fresh new items each time I come and it's always wonderful. The way that the sushi is displayed is amazing and taste so fresh as well! I regret digging into a work of art, but after that first bite, I never regret it one bit! Yuki Hana is one of my favorites in Orlando and I know I'll be back! Recommend trying them to all my friends for sure!

Solid four star sushi place in Oviedo Winter Springs East Winter Park. Happy hour is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5-6:30. Right now there's a Groupon that's good ONLY on the main menu. Alcohol is not included in the special. Great for: intimate date, the noise level is very quiet, above a whisper but not loud at all. Also good for business lunches or birthdays (8-10 people). Artisan more unique sushi: yes the California roll is on there, but pay $10-14 and get a unique roll. Pictured: fire cracker roll (with a legit flame in the middle). Yum! One of the best sushi experiences I've had in a while! There's so many different flavor combinations and options to choose from. Service was also pretty awesome, we came to celebrate my friends birthday and the waiter sang the unofficial Yuki Hana birthday song with us and everything lol. They had buy 2 get 1 free sushi roll special, it was also happy hour so we took advantage and almost got every roll on the menu. Presentation was beautiful and everyone enjoyed their rolls. Went last night us using a Groupon worth 25 off our meal. We started with the highly recommended fresh blue fin tuna which was excellent. It was very fresh and very buttery which provided a great sashimi appetizer to start our meal. We chose the Diamond roll and the Firecracker roll as our main dishes. Both were shared and we thoroughly enjoyed the lobster, blue crab, and salmon that was included in the rolls. The Firecracker comes with oil in middle of the dish flaming which makes an impressive presentation hence...Firecracker roll!! Asian restaurants seem to be popping up in the Oviedo area a lot lately. I checked this place out on two separate evenings. Monday night is their special happy hour night from 5-10pm and we had a 20 minute wait at around 8pm. I made a mental note to make reservations if we come on a Monday night again. The Tuesday night I visited I did have a reservation, but probably didn't need one as it was not nearly as crowded. I love writing updates like this, and it's not even going from an average rating to a high one my last review was also high. But it had been several years since an update, and I recently made an omakase reservation for my friend's birthday. We were absolutely blown away by the experience. The idea behind omakase is that you trust the chefs to make you something wonderful. It won't be just a selection of things from the menu.
