However, after we ordered, three groups came in, placed their orders, and were seated. We waited 20 minutes without receiving our food while the other tables were served. I approached the staff to inquire about our order and was informed that the turkey burger takes longer to prepare. I pointed out that this wait was excessive. Another 15 minutes passed, and I went up again, only to be told to have patience, as the burgers take 20 minutes. I mentioned that I had already been waiting for 30 minutes and needed to leave for my daughter's game. The staff member replied that it actually takes 15 minutes to make. I expressed my frustration, noting their inconsistent explanations. It turned out they had lost my order, and instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed me for ordering a turkey burger. Anyone who has cooked a turkey burger knows that the preparation time is not that long; they were simply not truthful. I will definitely not return to this restaurant. You can’t have such poor customer service and dishonesty, especially when the place is not busy. The manager needs a crash course in basic customer service."
