"Placed a largish order tonight via online at 8:15pm with an estimated ready time of 8:31pm. We got there a little after 8:30pm and let them know we were there. We waited a bit and a gentleman told us he forgot to drop in the chicken for the sandwich and offered us ice cream while we waited. That was very nice. However once the order was ready I looked through it and was missing french fries for the chicken sandwich basket. I went in and they gave me the fries. After getting home we saw the cheeseburger sub had tomatoes on it (requested without) and we were missing the extra mozzarella stick we paid for. Due to having to wait the extra time, our food was cold and we only live 5min away. We got back a 9:05pm. Totally understand things happen, but in a previous experience a whole meal was missed, and I was expecting mistakes. There wasn't a big crowd of people waiting or anything, so it was unfortunate this happened on a large order. Workers are very nice, bu. the messing up of the orders is the issue"

I absolutely love Twin Kiss! I worked there for 10 years, so I’m well aware of their cleaning standards. The food is fantastic, although I still miss the bacon burgers.

Two times in a row, my crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich was burned to a crunchy and insensitive. It's gone since Mark. You had no leadership when I was there. No one who holds the chefs responsible. They could see the inexperience when they tried to prepare the food.

Having grown up in Lancaster, I finally made my first visit to Twin Kiss yesterday! I ordered a roast beef sandwich, which was outstanding, along with a fantastic soft serve cone. Twin Kiss is probably the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Definitely worth the trip! View menu

My pork sandwich was delish. The fries were over cooked to the point of chips which was disappointing. Our drink order was messed up, not once but twice. One sundae came out with whipped cream and a cherry but the other didn't for some reason. Maybe the staff is new but they were friendly aside from questioning what I ordered on the items that didn't come out correctly. I'll be back anyway. I don't imagine those things are frequent.

always good. very consistant for at least the last 36 years. Carl's chili is good! soup part excellent. I like the kidney beans. the meat is a mixture of hamburger and actual beef chunks. I can vouch for the hot ham and cheese sub and the roast beef dinner. burgers are small, but sometimes, just enough fries are string type, not my favorite, but hey. only thing I have never understood at MTK, is... there are no mashed potatoes? roast beef dinner with no mashed potatoes(just fries) is always a disapointment. however, for 36 years I've been a pretty often customer, so...?L like it.
