"We’re puzzled as to why no one in Jim Thorpe has recommended Macaluso's during our five years of vacationing there. This restaurant truly made our trip memorable. It offers a fine dining experience at surprisingly low prices. The staff was incredible, providing exceptional service from beginning to end. We’ve never felt so welcomed in a restaurant, and they even took the time to engage with my teenager, who often gets overlooked when we dine out. Everyone treated us like family, and the food was outstanding. Don’t miss the mushroom soup! I've attended the annual Mushroom Festival and have never tasted a better bowl than the one at Macaluso's. Also, try the salad with their house-made dressing; my teen devoured two bowls—she’s never finished an entire salad before! The steak was tender, the asparagus delicious, the corn on the cob was the sweetest I’ve ever had, and my chicken was cooked to perfection. We’re excited to return to the best restaurant in the Jim Thorpe area, Macaluso's. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
